So from memory, FM has stated that they were inside making the cups of tea when they became aware that they couldn't hear him - however after listening to the 000 call, which she made while she was outside looking for him, she responds to the question of "there wasn't anyone suspicious in the area or any suspicious vehicles in the area?' .... FM replies "No, no, no, well no, not that I'm aware of, we were just, I was out there talking with Mum and my other daughter, so, and we heard him roaring around the garden, then I thought I haven't heard him I better go and check on him and I can't find him".

What is she referring to when she says 'out there' remembering that she is on the street while she makes this call?

Initially the news reported FM as having gone inside to make tea and it was while she was making tea that William snuck around the side of the house and disappeared. Since then, FM has said she made tea and then sat on the deck with FGM and the sister and then realised she couldn't hear him. (How he was playing a game with the sister at the same time the sister was with FM and FGM per 000 call is unclear).

I believe originally she was saying he was out of sight for 3 minutes (which is kind of like the maximum a parent would want to admit to i think), but later amended what she did in that time, which makes it longer than she originally stated (made tea and sat down for at least a moment before realising she couldn't hear him anymore).

I think because so quickly abduction was the focused on theory they weren’t looking so close to home, the focus was on who could have abducted him

We all thought he was a little boy lost just like little AJ but things didn’t turn out so happily.

She was out there, outside.

Wondering if the avo is just to not taint( for want of a better word) the older child's recollection of events ? Almost like a list of procedures LE want to cover. eg potential witness statements?

The thing that puzzles me the most over the last few days is.............

If the Police do not believe that FFC is a POI and that the media have it totally WRONG...... then wouldn't they come out and SHUT that theory DOWN totally???

Wouldn't Mick Fuller or even Harriet Graham, release a statement of denial??? Especially considering the past history with this investigation????

All IMO

The guy that kept saying he saw a woman driving with a kid in a spider man costume that wasn't in a child car seat, police didn't listen to him or something like that, but he kept pushing his story and maby he was at the inquest, dose anyone know where he lives and what his description of the car is, its a long shot but I wonder if it fits the time and route the FM took to the riding school, im sure it would of already been discussed dose anyone hav any more info

No, I don't think so

Our Verified Attorney posted this earlier.....

Police cannot falsely name someone as a POI just to put pressure on a different party. That would be so frowned on by the courts that any confessions, admissions or other evidence obtained as a result would be excluded on public policy grounds.

The courts would NEVER be part of any undercover operation by falsely listing charges or AVOs. NEVER

It was Ronald Chapman. The car was a fawn or light brown 4WD, followed by a blue car. The foster parents car was a grey green 4wD, and the foster grandmothers car was a ?blue car.

When FM said my other.. daughter, it sounded like she was about to say my other.. child. It's nothing of note, only at the time, I don't think there was another daughter. jmo

A theory could be: foster parents fight about William; FFC drives off with William in their 4wd (which R Chapman sees as light brown); MFC drives after angrily in grandmothers car. Both cars were driving dangerously.

Page 1 CO's book. "He (WT) had toast and weet-bix for breakfast".

Page 83 CO's book: "We all had breakfast: scrambled eggs, toast and orange juice".

The fact that the foster family waited until father home, then got all the neighbours on board (as if to find out if anyone saw anything) then had a group of people with them when calling police, you would think the fact that he is a foster child maby you would call police earlier than later, like grandmother could of called police when foster mother was driving around, maby say my foster grandchild has run away but the mother is driving the streets searching and the farther is about to return home, then if he was found they could of said sorry false alarm

Can I share a milkshake right now !

What? A Valium milkshake?!! :D
Remember Doc Watson would prescribe a Valium milkshake for those who would get testy. :D:D

The Baden-Clay thread proved LE and MSM watched and read our posts. We made the papers with our sleuthing.
Doc Watson, a thoracic surgeon told them it was impossible to overdose on those meds and Aunty said she kept getting a bad feeling about the bridge where Alison was found.
A bloody good crowd got too close for comfort.

But having said that - this seems unlikely. If the cars were travelling fast, I'm not sure how Ronald could have noted things like the woman's shirt colour, hair colour, hair in a bun, etc.

This was in Laurel St Kendall.

I am still confused about the laws about questioning minors in disappearances. I am correct in thinking the courts would frown upon it, could be seen as underhanded ?coercing ? (if that is the right word)Even with an advocate present ? So LE don't do interviews with minors ? Apologies, sometimes it takes me a while to wrap my head around things.

Why would she drive towards the riding school to hide a body, when all she had to do was turn west and she would have found herself in the deep forest, a much better place?
Often perps dispose of bodies in places they know well. Victims, Stephanie Scott, Karen Ristevski, Kiesha Abraham, spring to mind.

Probably not. As long as the bios, fosters, and children are not named publicly it's likely all they are concerned with. It is the media who likely will have to answer to any deformation if they report things incorrectly.
