An Australian man thought it would be a good idea to boat, then swim, out to a whale carcass, surrounded by ferocious, feeding sharks. Including a great white and several tiger sharks. He perched on top of it for some time, as coastguards circled, between Fremantle and Rottnest Island, Perth on Saturday afternoon. Somehow, he is still alive.

Bit speechless about this really. Maybe he's aiming for a Darwin award?

Well, he's lucky that carcass held out and he didn't end up sinking into the guts of it, as it were.
