She did not come from a broken family, lived with 2 siblings and parents.
She just had gotten into the runaway habit the past few months and the parents got her therapy and help.

She knew the 16 year old perp (unclear if he was her boyfriend or just a friend) who took her to the 18 year olds apartment. Two more young men lived there. They caught one more suspect and a fourth one is on the run. All four are between 16 and 18, Afghan nationals, all involved in the narcotics trade. All suspects refuse to speak or claim it was not them.
The neighbor, another refugee (different country, Syrian) who reported them to police told police that one of the suspects bragged to him about a "botched wild group sex night" with a woman they drugged.
I agree he is a hero.
