Avril Lavigne Marries Fellow Canadian Rocker

MONTECITO, Calif. -- Avril Lavigne has tied the knot with fellow Canadian singer-songwriter and Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley.

People magazine said the pair wed at a private estate in Montecito on Saturday.

People said the young rockers had a mostly traditional ceremony. Lavigne wore a Vera Wang gown, carried white roses and was walked down the aisle by her father as Mendelssohn's "Wedding March" played.
