Alexander Ray Burciaga, 33 was last seen near 35th and West Glendale Avenues walking his dog. His dog was reportedly found in a local pound, but he has not yet been located.

Police say he has a diminished mental capacity due to a brain injury.

Burciaga is a Hispanic man, just over 6 feet tall and 220 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair, and has a "horse" tattoo over his left eyebrow. He has other tattoos on his arms and legs.

I hope he's safe somewhere. It doesn't sound good losing his dog like that.

I'm kind of encouraged that his dog was at the pound. Maybe Alexander had an accident and animal control was called so his dog wasn't left to roam. Hopefully LE has checked hospitals and morgues. Sure hope he's found safe and soon.
