I have just seen a heartbreaking story saying her father has died, he was her voice for all those long years he waited for her killer to be caught and prosecuted, he waited to be able to give his victim impact statement, I am p888ssed off that LE tried to do the DNA testing via illegal means and it took years of litigation to get to trial, only comfort is he got to see a guilty verdict, I will try to find an article on it,

The absolute gall (and I am a fan of defense attys normally) what has the death of Harley got to do with postponing his sentencing, Harley waited long enough to see a conviction because of the FU of LE, Allison's family probably want this over as fast as possible, so they can mourn Harley as far away from the presence of the defendant
