At 1:00 am, who's going to be up and about on a week night? And being as dark as it was, he assumed any security camera wouldn't pic him up. (Do they have restrictions on what range security cameras can pick up in Scottsdale? Hmmm...)
Just going by what LE said, they have him leaving at 1:05, but they never mentioned when he got there. They also have the BF leaving prior. So...kind of stands to reason that he wasn't caught on tape going in because he came through the alley.
Did LE actually say they have the BF leaving prior? :-)

If I had murdered someone and I was leaving the scene, I would be very concerned about who might still be up on any night of the week. As for security camera range, I've never seen one that had a very wide range, until you get up in the 20K bracket with those 360 degree cams.

I will concede the point that we don't actually know what time the perp did come to AFs. Yes, the 8:00 p.m. time is from the text or convo (whichever it was) she had with her mom that night.

However, as to what time the BF left. That has never been established to my knowledge.

I still can't see someone coming in through the alley and then murdering someone and leaving through the front door.

Come on....can't you concede to that one little point?

I will concede also that you are probably right about not checking the pulse or cradling the body.

But at this point..that's my concession limit for the day.

:fence:

I had thought that too about that back alley and 8 pm time (used because last time texted or phoned. Posted a picture of it from google maps in the daytime Could also explain why they think he could live in the neighborhood. I wouldn't rule anyone out.

Yes you are correct about the 8 pm time.

I wouldn't rule anyone out.

BBM: Neither will LE !!! :juggling:

Riddle me this:

If LE has DNA profile and Physical Evidence to prove who the killer was and also to rule out who the killer wasn't, why haven't some people been cleared?

If I was the innocent party I think I'd have to hit Twitter and start demanding some 'splaining'.

:tantrum:

Is it possible the perp was at the house already? Maybe even the whole time her bf was there? I dont recall but will go and look...was she supposedly home all day that day? I just cant remember ...did her bf come over unexpectedly or was he invited over? I will go back and check but if someone knows off hand that would be great.

Who do you think could be referred to as "the innocent party" in this case?

TIA.

Saw this from KAAL tv from yesterday:

In the Feb. 19 paperwork, a detective said investigators were seeking a warrant to monitor another person who had contact with Feldman in the past. Sgt. Ben Hoster wouldn't tell the TV station if that person was still part of the investigation.

This is basically a compilation of news dating back to the beginning.

In the Feb. 19 paperwork, a detective said investigators were seeking a warrant to monitor another person who had contact with Feldman in the past. Sgt. Ben Hoster wouldn't tell the TV station if that person was still part of the investigation.

I've read this I don't know how many times and this is the first time it has hit me. "Another person" !!!! How many "other persons" were they montioring?

This is the only court document we've seen because someone with SPD forgot to seal it. What about the others? How many warrants did they seek to obtain?

I suppose that I always thought when I read it before and it stated "another person" that they meant someone other than the obvious one. But they don't refer to him or anyone at all. This means they are seeking another warrant to monitor someone else that they are not already monitoring and it must mean that they indeed are monitoring others as well.

That's what I make of it.

This is very interesting! Amazing how things suddenly come to you...

Like when you take a break from working the crossword....then you go back....and the words begin to come to you.

Anyone who hasn't been 'cleared' who is expressing his/her innocence.

Okay, let's think this through.

We know the perp was spotted on the neighbor's surveillance cam leaving through the front door at 1:05 a.m. early Wednesday morning.

We don't know how he got in, other than it was not 'forced entry'.

Why would the perp leave through the front entry if he might have come in through the alley? Why would he take a chance on being spotted by a car suddenly rounding the corner, or someone looking out their window and seeing him? Why would he do that?

Why would he do that when he could easily go out through the back of the house and through the very vacant and remote alley where he would be sure to be seen by no one? You saw the pics of the alley. You saw how remote it is. From the wall he could have looked both ways to be sure no one was watching and then made his getaway.

From her front door he would have had to take a chance of being seen by stepping outside on her porch to look up and down the street before exiting.

Yes it was dark. But at the same time why take a chance like that?

The only thing I can think of is that his car was parked outside.

But no one saw it or remembered seeing it.

But that's the only reason I can think that he would leave through the front door. IMO

I've never reading anything about LE saying they have the boyfriend leaving prior?. I've only read that they have confirmation of his arrival.

Does anyone have a link that says they have the BF leaving please?.

"Detectives also looked at surveillance video taken from a neighbor's camera, which confirms Feldman's boyfriend's statement that he arrived at the home, only to find her bloody body."

"The documents also say a surveillance camera from a nearby home confirms the boyfriend's account of his arrival at the Feldman's residence."

I want to make one thing very clear to everyone here.

What matters to me is that the person who did this horrible and unspeakable thing to Allison Feldman is caught and brought to justice. The last thing I would ever want to see is someone who is innocent charged with something they were not guilty of doing.

Our prisons are full of innocent people as it is. We don't need more.

I don't care if it is a burglar, a neighbor, an ex, the boyfriend, a stalker, a client, a handyman, a 'anyone'.

I just want to know the truth.

The longer this continues and we do our research the more pieces of the puzzle we have with which to form our opinions.

This is what I KNOW LE is doing. And we all know they have lots more pieces of the puzzle than we do. For all we know they may only have one or two pieces left to put into place.

And then.......... 'puzzle solved' and 'arrest made'.

Until then, keep the theories coming!

:)

I assumed MaryS was referring to when the BF left prior to Allison being murdered.

Where outside? Where was it parked? What made the police think he might live in the neighborhood?

Maybe dogs were in one of the other yards, worried about them barking if he left same way.

And if it were a burglar (or rapist), could be someone in the neighborhood she knew.

For all we know it could have been parked right in front of the house. Just because no one has reported seeing a car there doesn't mean it wasn't there.

I wouldn't be as afraid of a dog seeing me as I would a person. Dogs can't call the cops. Dogs don't watch the news.

Do you have a link for the police saying he might live in the "neighborhood"? I would sure like to see it because I have only seen it reported that he "may live in the area".

Btw, SophieRose, I was there last night. And I was in and out of my car and up and down the block several times. I walked up to the alley. I never heard one single dog bark. Not even one.

I don't think that dog hunts.

;)

Barking dogs wake people, that's why some people even have dogs.

BBM - I'm thinking the same way MissD. His car was most likely parked out front somewhere and he had no choice but to leave via the front entrance. This makes me think that he probably didn't have murder in mind when he went there. imo
