Actually, I think you should apply to the SD police department for a job. I think with what they have and your hardwork an arrest will come quickly. I don't think AF's family would be upset with anything you posted. Rather, I think they would be touch at how hard you are sleuthing to fine justice for their daughter.

I want to see this killer caught! I will be here. Unfortunately, even though I used a magnifying glass, I couldn't make out anything on the search warrant.:gaah::

  • #484
LOL! I used my magnifying glass too! Couldn't really make out a thing, other than the date and the words "Search Warrant."

I have a friend that has better software than I do, however. I should run it by her! YES! That's what I'll do!

"Elementary, my dear Watson!"

I saw that the other night when I was there but it was too dark to pick out in the pics I posted.

I saved the same screen shot from the video, as a matter of fact. ;)

I also found this to be really interesting. A closeup of the "leaked document":

surveillance cameras wording in document.png

Notice they refer to "cameras" in the plural.

I wonder where the others are located!

Snipped from the foxnews link above...

...The documents also reveal that detectives are seeking a warrant to monitor a man who Feldman knew and had asked her out on a date before.

Just pondering...

I wonder what or (perhaps) who was the source of the information that led them to that 'man who had asked her out on a date before'...

Did LE discover 'him' themselves or did someone mention 'him' to them...iykwim...???

Why would the perp leave through the front entry if he might have come in through the alley? Why would he take a chance on being spotted by a car suddenly rounding the corner, or someone looking out their window and seeing him? Why would he do that?

He didn't want to look suspicious. Police cruse up and down these allies in the middle of the night. They look for people climbing over walls and stuff, or just prowling. I would imagine its routine patrol. More so in nicer neighborhoods.

If the killer walked around at night before in the past or present he would know this. Walking down a sidewalk looks a lot less suspicious then walking down an ally way in the middle of the night. Day or evening not so suspicious I suppose.

Well.....personally I think it's highly possible that someone that was interviewed following her murder told LE about 'him'. They might have been trying to 'throw off the scent'.

A common ploy used by perps. Or so I've heard. I can't recall where I heard it but I know I did.

If someone told LE that Allison was very extremely afraid of 'him' then they might indeed seek a warrant.

At least that's MY take.

iykwim Jelly Bean! :)

Possibly, but nice neighborhoods in Scottsdale have objections to cops routinely patrolling their alleys at 1:00 a.m. If you could see how narrow this alley is you might have a better understanding of what I'm talking about. A squad car would have to have their lights on, could be very disturbing to neighbors. More so than a barking dog even. Well, in fact, if there were any dogs in their yards it would probably cause them to bark. And we're not talking about West Phoenix, we're talking about S. Scottsdale. Not known for gangs, drugs, meth labs, hookers, etc.

Not where cops normally do their routine patrolling.

And besides that, it would be so much quicker to just go out and get in his car and leave.

Great question! I wondered if her parents, sister or her BF told LE.

Maybe SHE was the one who needed "a little quiet time". You know, kind of like when you break up with someone and you say "It's not YOU, it's ME!" (When you really do mean it's them!) So she said...."Go have some quiet time" when it was really what she wanted for herself.

I am playing catch up but wouldn't the neighbor's video camera be able to confirm this story? If he left in the daylight on whatever day he stated she "kicked him out" I would think that would be something that could be verified either way. JMO

It should but there is no statement from LE or any press saying what time he left that day. The only thing they say that he is observed going there the day he found her body.

From what you've mentioned, and CMIIW, the neighborhood is deserted at night - no one walking or riding bikes. Would think then, that anyone walking would be scrutinized by police patrols....

Also, the neighbor with that bright light on - do they leave that on all night? How does that fit in with ordinance about keeping things dark for star gazing (an murder) - sorry couldn't resist that bit of sarcasm...

Does anyone else besides me ever wonder if the killer reads what we post?

:doorhide:

Does a tiger have stripes? In the middle of the night when I read this, I glanced at the bottom of the screen, and saw that it was just me, and three guest on here.

Very spooky!

If the perp signed up for "Google Alerts" for AF, you can bet he is.

What if he signed up for Websleuths? Remember in Adrienne's case when we had the number one POI (I shall refrain this time from using his ID) posting here with us?

You catch on quick!

The neighbor's video camera is a virtual "goldmine" for detectives in this case!

:scared:

Websleuths shows up on "Google Alerts", which I thought was strange since it wasn't MSM, so he could be catching our activity and anything posted on the Web by MSM about the case. I have my alerts set for key words "Allison Feldman".

Still think the POI that joined into Adrienne's case is a real sketchy character, like creepy. Hope one day that case is solved, but I have a feeling it'll happen if another person goes missing...........so sad.

:floorlaugh: Well, we've got your back if SPD stops you as a "suspicious" person! I contribute to your bail fund! :floorlaugh:

I'm glad to know I have my back covered in so many interesting ways! LMAO!!!

That's right, Colette! We don't know if or when he left, do we?
