I followed this case since it happened and I'm wondering if we will ever find out how he knew she lived alone in that house. Was he at a friends house in her neighborhood and was told she lived alone? This is a mystery and he had to have known that. You just don't go to someone's home assuming they are in there alone, right?

He probably was watching her and saw the boyfriend leave. Then he went around back where there are a bunch of windows and watched her get ready to take a shower, breaking in then.

So tomorrow a hearing?? What keeps me interested is how he knew she lived alone there. Was he visiting a neighbor and the neighbor told him? There is no other way

I am going to have to go back through the investigation, but *I believe* IM's girlfriend lived in the neighborhood at the time with her family or IM's family lived in the neighborhood.

I don't know if it was a crime of opportunity or he was watching her, when this happened Scottsdale PD said it was random.

I tend to watch crimes committed in Arizona because it's my state, and this one happened in my old stomping grounds where I was born and spent my life until I was 29 and moved to the high desert above Prescott.
