Mitcham (39 @ time of crime/42/now 47) indicted (4/11/18) & arraigned (4/30/18) on 1st degree premeditated murder, 2nd degree burglary & 2nd degree sexual assault. Plead not guilty. $5M cash bond.
DNA matched with familial match in CODIS.
Trial was set to begin on 1/3/23 was continued on 1/9/23.
