This is unfortunately the reason i think this case got so quite (i saw often here that in this kind of resolution there are seldom msm or similar)

She's not home, unfortunately. She is still missing. Search and rescue looked but it was rainy season and dogs couldn't get a scent. They looked on every single main trail and plenty of distance off of each trail for her with no luck. I know other people who were close to her looked at every stop along the way on her route that day to inquire. She had lunch at a little restaurant, went to the trail and that's it. I am sure that those who were close to her probably spent every waking moment in the days and months after doing everything they could to find her. There being no sort of closure with this makes it truly awful but I don't think there's anything foul going on.

I have been keeping up with this case for the past 15 months. Has there been any word on whether she has been located? I noticed she was originally from Tennessee and I have friends there where she is from.....any update on whether she has returned or been located would be appreciated.

This post on the Pima County Sheriff's FB has a Feb 26th comment asking for an update on Amy. After that comment it says "page responded privately". What could it possibly indicate when a Sheriff's office responds privately?

Pima County Sheriff's Department
That the family did not give the Sheriff's office permission to disseminate information about her likely demise.

Do you have any media link about her still missing versus she's deceased? Are you in direct contact with her family?
