Well, @SimsGuy67 - I haven't done it before, but I have a Namus account, am a US citizen, so if you'd like me to attempt to post, I'm willing to give it a go!
Did you end up making a proposed page for her? The most important step so far is getting her on NamUs.

Not yet. I’ve been compiling info and creating a timeline. Also:

List of jurisdictions reported as being involved at some point, including FBI.

FOIA requests to above, in long shot hope anyone has remaining case files.

Calling Pima County to get copy of Jim Caldwell’s estate via Edith’s probate in 2003. There’s also a ‘Anne Elizabeth Caldwell’ listed as having a probated estate from 1990; not sure if she’s our EAC, but interesting. Also not sure if I can get copies of the estates, but will try after next week.

The problem we’re going to run into here is that a) we can’t prove she’s dead (so far), and b) Namus won’t post the case if there’s no jurisdiction willing to oversee it.

She hasn’t ever been issued a Social Security card from what I can tell, so that’s suggestive. No declaration of death I can find; at least not in Arizona. Technically, she could still be alive, or dead under a different name.

Anyway, after the research I’ve done this week, I came to the conclusion that we need to package her case as tightly as we can, and perhaps reach out to Tucson PD or Arizona SP as likeliest case managers with our best arguments.

What do y’all think?

I wouldn't be so sure. I saw a newspaper article with an Ann Elizabeth Caldwell but she had a different dad. Also, the name is off. If this was from the 50s and the girl wasn't well known I'd think it was possible but this was when she had extensive newspaper coverage and this was the 90s. Unlikely but anything is possible.

Also the social security card is pretty odd. Maybe she was still missing the whole time so she couldn't get one without being found? JMO though. I noticed you have been doing your work on the case. I see you clipped many articles about Ann or anything possibly related to the case when I was looking for articles myself.

I forgot Ann also had an FBI bulletin. I don't think I can post an image of it here though.

The best course of action is building an accurate timeline. They need to know what they're dealing with if she is a still missi

Ann's FBI bulletin gives a much better photo of her. You can really tell her bone structure here unlike in the other photos where it was harder to tell.

The frustrating thing with those FBI LEBs is that the missing persons notifications/cancellations were an insert, and most of the issues on the site don’t include it. Just got lucky with that one. :p

Ok. I think we need to do something now. No database other than the international missing wiki will add her without LE confirmation. I have to send a big thanks to @hoshiiiii for letting me add her. It is much appreciated. Is anybody willing to call the Tucson PD or a LE agency that possibly has her case file to ask or request through other means?

Thank you for posting her, I posted many old mp reports on my page, Ann was one of few I was never able to verify. I believe she is still missing.

Where and when was she seen with this other girl?

She was seen with this other girl around March 14, the day after her disappearance on. I believe this is when they separated as I don't believe Ann was with the other girl when she flagged down this truck driver. I think it was in the west Las Cruces, NM area. I didn't find a "Highway 70-80" in the area.

I found Ann's yearbook photo. This depicts her at about 16. We can add this to the list of images we have then.

Is there any other way to get more attention to Ann? A family member is all we need to confirm if she is missing or not. My theory for why nothing happened is that they lost her missing persons report. The earliest missing person from Tucson is from 1966 so maybe they lost some reports in the early to mid 60s?

There is always a chance her report is not lost. We need to get into contact with the Tucson Police Department but I don't know how to. Does anyone have any ideas?

I cannot believe how people fall through the cracks, following for an update

Just remember that she isn't confirmed missing. This is why we haven't notified NamUs yet. The Tucson PD is probably our best lead as they may have a report.

Just submit her to NamUs. They'll confirm if her missing persons report is still active before they post her

I can't. I'm not a US citizen. @cenazoic planned to but they haven't messaged the thread since last month. They said we needed as much evidence as we can. I feel it's obvious the Tucson PD is the case holder as they are for every MP report from Tucson. I also obviously can't put in a fake address as that is illegal.
