Some things are off but I can't get past the scar on knee and birthmark on leg, eventhough the locations seem a little off.

I don't think it is him. THe drawings are similar, but if you look at the autopsy photo you can see that the UI doesn't have a mole like Pete and the nose is off.

I wondered about the mole too and I think you're right. It was the scar and the birthmark that got my attention.

The heights are way off too - 5'4" vs. 5'11". That's a huge disparity.
