Recovered/Located AZ - Charles Vega, 90, drove away, left a note with a neighbor, saying he's leaving the area, Sun City West, Maricopa Co, 3 Jun 2022

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to help locate Charles Vega, 90, who was last seen approximately 7 a.m. Friday, June 3, at a residence near 130th Avenue and Prospect Drive in Sun City West.

Authorities believe he left in his white 1999 four-door Toyota Camry. He left a note with a neighbor stating his intention to leave the area and not return.

According to MCSO, he possibly suffers from an unknown physical ailment and has not contacted family members since leaving.

He 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 150 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call MCSO at 602-876-1011 and reference report No. IR22014438.
