Missing Person
Location of Incident: 3600 Block of W. 8th Street – Yuma, AZ

On Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at approximately 9:28 p.m., the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a missing person from the 3600 block of W. 8th Street.

Upon arrival, deputies met with the reporting party who stated that the missing person, identified as Cierra Morris, 26, of Yuma, left her residence on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 6:00 PM to go to the store and never returned.

Ms. Morris is described as a white female, 5’5 tall, approximately 190 pounds, brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and black leggings.

From her posts, I don't get a sense at all that she would voluntarily walk away from her child.

Also, she had been very, very active on FB as well with multiple posts per day until the 6th. Makes me wonder if anyone really saw her walk to the store, ya know? Why do I get the feeling this one will not end well.
