Holy cow, I thought about the trial 2 hours before court and didn't think of it again until just now, so sorry I left you all alone, Jewels.

And they're live streaming? Woohoo, I hope they are (got a bars box now but they should still be at lunch), missing entire afternoons (except by tweets) makes it so hard to really keep up with what's happening.

I hope it is true! When I saw the tweet it was a live stream. I don't know how long it had been going. I saw about 30 minutes and then they broke for lunch. They should be back in a few minutes.

I hope it is not another teaser!

It does make such a difference, can't believe we were held hostage by AS' trial. lol

Now that the day has been live streamed it ought to get to YT this evening, anyone who missed first day of LS should be able to see it all. Hope everything is okay with Josie.

They DNA tested the end of the gun barrel and got a partial mix, the defense doesn't want JM to question the DNA person about the mix found, only that there was biological material there but no conclusion could be drawn. JM wants to be able to ask whether there was a partial mix.

Love Beth, so glad she joined WAT but wish we could see more of her publicly.

I've seen the tweets hawking JVM's book, I'll wait for the headlines to come out, I can't imagine she got much inside information.

I didn't hear why, I guess I need a day off from trial watching so much to get caught up on. I tried today in between AS verdict and this one.

I got all my bills paid till the end of the month and vacuumed. I managed to eat a decent lunch also for a change.

I didn't hear why, I guess I need a day off from trial watching so much to get caught up on. I tried today in between AS verdict and this one.

I got all my bills paid till the end of the month and vacuumed. I managed to eat a decent lunch also for a change.

LOL I was having my main meal at court lunchtimes and hub thought I was nuts. "Yeah, but you're going to eat dinner later, right?" I told him I'd have dessert. lolol

Oh, JM said his next witness wouldn't be available until Wed. morning and another withness coming from out of state will cause a gap in testimony too, couldn't hear which one but the judge told the jury they are still on the timeline of where they should be and this was known going in since one or more are coming from out of state.

The defense had no problems with any delays so judge said he'd see everyone at taadaa 10:25. That was so funny, I think he just wants to keep the lawyers on their toes.

The way the defense was arguing over the partial DNA mix he was behaving like he thought the judge would rule in his favor if the judge didn't understand it, and for a bit there it looked like he did, but just as the jury was about to come in, JM made a motion, the judge sent the jury out and in a couple minutes everything seemed to be ruled for JM. And every DT objection was overruled. lol

Of course we know that JM make sense out of the arguments, that is why he is the man! I guess I missed part of that argument. I heard about the mixed DNA and didn't pay attention to the rest.

I lease: for continued live streaming and I hope that there is a Ton of people watching this trial. It really should continue to be very good.

We know Juan will do all he can to find Richard Chrisman guilty.
