Update #richardchrisman trial is being played on delayed feed, it is not real time. The media is trying to get it out as quickly as possible

From watching the earlier not-live feed and cq's part 2 YT now, I have two observations:

I wonder if JM has a cold/allergies, he seems much more nasal and lacks energy.

JM said earlier he wasn't provided a copy of officer Virgillo's deposition - how could he ever go to trial without knowing what his first witness said previously, and esp. knowing the defense has it?
