I dont know what the point of that is for the defense...to me it just shows that if Chrisman saw that on his computer screen thingie before he got to the scene, it shows me he went into that trailer already with pre-conceived views of who Daniel was. It fits in perfectly with what went down in the trailer, with Chrisman holding his gun up to Daniel's temple when they was clearly nothing done by him to provoke that intensity of response....

I would think DR arrests may be prejudicial just like RC being suspended several times for conduct issues. I wonder if the Phoenix PPD Officer has the disciplinary records also. Why doesn't he want to testify?

Zuri I think it is hard to tell if he is or not. I wish we had more video to be able to see the real action. I went and searched You Tube over the long break and couldn't find anything past Day 6.

I did too. Maybe the tv stations think live stream would be too prejudicial towards RC. I just saw the snippets like you all from the news which showed very little. I searched all over the net for live stream and could find zilch. :banghead:

Jewels, on someone's twitter this morning they said the video went down after the camerman accidentally showed the jury? There must still be video, b/c the news uses it sometimes to do their little segments for the newcasts, like that one "heated exchange" clip. So that's why I'm confused, because there is video and how come only the news guys get to see it??

The day the RC trial live streamed, the Doody trial was getting underway and that camera accidentally panned the jury, ever since then the cameras have been dark.

I just called abc15 in Phoenix. They said they will live stream the trial as soon as their 11 am broadcast is finished. Josh there was very helpful. He said to go in the website abc15.com and then video, then the live video tab. I hope that works.

Here an anxiously waiting. I don't expect a stream but that's ok. It'll make it harder for the DT to argue that Juan is "posturing" for the cameras.
