I think they will find him guilty too.

He is hitting the blame game hard.

thats what i was thinking, its everybody fault but his. reminds of my 4 and 2 years olds when i ask them why they did something naughty.

he seriously thinks its appropriate to laugh in this situation?

His gentle voice is grating.

Juan is making some great points.

How true Josie. JM is just about as good as it gets. I keep going Whoa and Wow. He weaves and bobs like a prizefighter with his words. Amazingly masterful.

Woohoo Juan was awesome!! You could tell Chrisman was starting to lose his cool a little at the end. He obviously lied about saying "I don't need a fuc**** search warrant, or here's my f-ing search warrant," whatever it is he said. He lied at least about saying fu**, means he was being confrontational as soon as Daniel opened the door.
I don't dispute that Daniel was un-cooperative and that he was probably cursing and telling them they didn't have a right to enter and telling them to go away. I think he probably did do all of those things. But so that gives a police officer a right to shoot at someone, just 'cause they're cursing??

I was thinking the same thing, could listen to him day and night. lol

It was great watching him in action again, RC and his fake-o sensitive male facade shouldn't get far with this jury.

Agreed, the death penalty is not given out for cursing, and RC had no right or cause to be judge, jury and executioner of DR.

Oh man, I cannot wait for Juan to go at CMJA again. Lock her up once and for all and throw away the key.
Chrisman has so far handled Juan way better than CMJA did. But Juan is still proving his points very effectively.

I wonder if the cops in the courtroom who have backed RC are now wavering just a little in their support. I can't imagine they will feel good about themselves once JM is finished with his cross. They may be blind because RC is their friend, but I doubt they are all totally dumb. JMO

Just for trial record-keeping purposes:

Trial Diva Sharee™ ‏@TrialDivasS 11m The memory issue comes up again as #richardchrisman says he doesn't remember if he used foul language or not

Trial Diva Sharee™ ‏@TrialDivasS 13m #richardchrisman has confirmed he had no idea what Virgillo did during entire incident...#WheresVirgillo

Trial Diva Sharee™ ‏@TrialDivasS 15m Juan asks #richardchrisman what it takes to push a button for help "if you feel so alone in your life" #OhSarcasm

Trial Diva Jen ™ ‏@TrialDivasJ 17m Juan is making a good point that #richardchrisman didn't hit his radio button and call for help if Virgillo wasn't near by..

Trial Diva Sharee™ ‏@TrialDivasS 18m Juan is really driving home the point that #richardchrisman had no idea where Virgillo was, what he was doing & just wasnt paying attention

Trial Diva Sharee™ ‏@TrialDivasS 28m #richardchrisman agrees there were no known weapons when he went to the trailer the second time

Trial Diva Sharee™ ‏@TrialDivasS 33m Juan: Was the question regarding Daniel speaking English because of his surname? #richardchrisman ummmm

Sounds like it will be there tomorrow too. I'm sure Tawnidilly and croakerqueen will have vids of today up on YT pretty soon.

LOL I think they are already posted on YT.

Yeah, esp. the protocol things, like I'm sure it's standard protocol to wait for your partner so you are both present at the door together when one is knocking, or even if one goes to the back door or side window, etc.., they still have to make sure the partner is ready BEFORE they make first contact. That's just common sense. Let's say Virgillo was on the phone walking behind him, and Chrisman just goes up and knocks on the door, suspect opens and starts running....his partner would be completely vulnerable.

Juan was throwing little jabs in there about racism and not so little ones that RC was unaware of anything else around him that could cause another officer to be hurt. RC looked exhausted from trying to fend off Juan. RC made the same mistake that CMJA, ALV, RS and others have made trying to anticipate where Juan was going with the questions IMO. The only thing you have to do is answer the questions truthfully. If RC had done that in the beginning, he wouldn't be here. JMO

I thought he looked exhausted too.

I think that he thinks if he just answers everything, "I don't know," then he won't have to commit to anything that will harm him. However, him saying, "I don't know," to the question of where Virgillo was is harmful to him. If he doesn't even know where Virgillo was, then how does he know Virgillo wasn't where he was or wasn't supposed to be? Why would he proceed into a situation without confirming his partner had his back? And if that's the case, then how can we say it's not Chrisman's fault for getting himself into a situation without making sure Virgillo was with him? For him to say, "Virgillo was not covering me, I thought I had backup," I, as a juror, would want to be sure Chrisman knew where Virgillo was and what he was or wasn't doing. For him to claim that Virgillo was not covering him when he isn't even sure of where Virgillo was is pretty bold to me.

It seems pretty obvious to me that he is using Virgillo as a scape goat. Listening to his testimony today I couldn't help but thinking that he was the one that kept escalating the situation. Even with what he was saying today, I just didn't get the feeling that he should have reasonably felt his life was in danger if he didn't shoot Rodriguez. And if he was so scared of him before walking responding to the scene, why did he attempt to grab him to make him come outside? Is that even protocol? If he refused to come out, couldn't they just go in?
