Man, it's okay to impeach officer V. with statements but not Chrisman under the same reasoning, I don't get this judge at all.

I'm sure if it was the other way about the defense would be the first to appeal because it was unfair

So basically he has admitted he was the aggressor at this point and Daniel was trying to get away. Which is what I think went on the whole time in the situation,up until Daniel was shot

I find it very odd that any person, seeing and knowing at least one pit bull is in a residence, to begin by trying to restrian those dog's owner, that's just asking for big problems with the dog and the owner.

Don't you try to talk to the person first before you attack them. Daniel was in the house, why would they go in and attack him?
