Ok...will be back on 12:30 my time tomorrow! I'm kind of glad (make that REALLY glad) HLN isn't getting into this trial, b/c I feel like now we can actually see the courtroom how it usually operates....for example, the objection about Agilla's lying that the judge was deciding on, that would all have been done in sidebar during CMJA trial. We wouldn't have gotten to hear any of that.
But I guess all the secrecy of JSS court during CMJA has benefit, b/c whenever Nurmi tries to say during appeal that CMJA didn't get fair trial b/c of all the publicity, JSS can say that the public only got to see what the jury saw. She can only control the information given to the public out of the courtroom, she can't control what the media says/doesn't say. That should take care of that issue.
