Yes, most are good of course. Any way I look at this, Chrisman is guilty. Obviously, in the beginning, Danny was not cooperating and did not want to talk to to the cops. I believe he did say "where's your ****ing search warrant" or something along those lines, when he could have just come and opened the door and started talking. From then on, i't's hard to predict what Danny would have done in a "normal" situation, b/c right then was when Chrisman escatlated everything by holding gun to his temple and chasing after him, yelling and cursing at him, etc.. So all of Danny's actions after that were a response to Chrisman's abuse. So far, Danny did 1 thing wrong and Chrisman did like 15 things wrong.
Yes, it's true that Chrisman and Vergillo had to detain him if he was resisting. So let's say all the "search warrant", gun to temple, chasing, pepper spray, double-taser, etc....all this happens, and let's just say for hypothetical reasons that Danny was grabbing his bike to run away from them. Ok, that's when Chrsiman or Vergillo could have called for backup.....they could have run after him, probably woudn't have caught him since he was on the bike, but back=up would have come, cops (many) would have found him after a few minutes, and 2 or 3 cops could have jumped on him and tackled him to the ground....if he was still trying to run away. There is just no way in the world that taking out his gun was warranted in this situation, much less shooting him (and the dog).
