Or we will say to the geriatric nurses and fellow patients : Yes Or No, Are you having trouble with your memory today? Well, it's your fog isn't it? What were you gonna do? Throw the ____ at them? That wasn't my question. For whom the bell tolls, they would have you believe...

The nursing home will never be the same!

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Omg...this has me laughing so hard!!!!!!!!!!!!

get out of your fantasy world......

Very cool just to be able to slip in for the last few days, was following but not posting, my bad! Hope we all join up for the final curtain for CMJA, sometime in the next decade.
I just hope the perp in the local Adrienne Salinas case is caught...and maybe Juan will prosecute them.:twocents:
Until the verdict comes in for RC (and I hope I catch it!) will see you kids later!:truce:

It's amazing how effective that YES or NO technique is at getting a straight answer out of someone (who's not an evasive expert witness). I'll ask a question and my husband or my daughter will kind of think about it or not give me a straight answer. Then I ask it again with a YES or NO and BOOM! It's awesome lol

Do you also say it with the same tone as Juan? :floorlaugh: I do and it is so effective! It has a wonderful effect doesn't it! :floorlaugh:

So they stayed until 4:30, guess they'll keep the same schedule as the court, hope they'll come in earlier than 10:30 though.

I hope so also, this 10:30 am start is ridiculous. The Judges have Friday's to catch up. They would get so much more done if they would start the trials earlier in the day.

When JA's trial was going on I thought the late start was because AZ people liked to sleep in. lol

Seems like the judges hold hearings and such before the usual trial start time of 10:30, but when they only go until 4:30 max in the afternoon and work 4 days a week at most, it makes for a ridiculously long trial that inconveniences everyone involved for an extended period, I really don't get the thinking behind their scheduling.

Defense closing: Chrisman is innocent, partner is at fault
Jury will now decided if former cop is guilty of murder

I know we heard Mehren's say this today, how can he blame it on Virgillo he didn't shoot DH. This makes me so angry that he is blaming him. It is not his fault. I sure hope that jury listened!

What kind of time is that? No, I don't think it will be that fast. They will barely start talking by that time, if things go on trial schedule. I'm really leaning towards end of the day tomorrow or even mid-morning Thursday. They have a lot of evidence to go through, forensic as well as witness testimonies, and try to figure out exactly what happened.

Geevee, I completely agree and do not get it either. What I don't get is, why don't they just have the jury come in at 11am?? Have them come in and check in, let's say 10:55, 5 minutes to check-in, then have them do lunch from 11am-12pm. Everybody back at 12pm, by then lawyers should be completely ready (let's say lawyers come in at 10am, do pre-trial stuff for an hour or whatever, then go to their lunch at same time as jurors). Everyone in courtroom at 12pm. 12pm-5pm - court. One 15 minute break at 3pm. One other mini-break maybe around 1:30 pm. That way there wouldn't be that start, stop thing in the beginning for lunch?? SO ANNOYING.

I'm a little concerned about them forming two groups as leaving today, one quiet and one jovial, that doesn't sound very good but maybe way too soon to draw any conclusions.

I had thought if they got the case before lunch today that they'd be back by tomorrow afternoon, but if there's any kind of split and they have to really hash it out, might not come until Thur. or even Fri.

I'm hoping that they we're just tired after listening to the dulcet tones of mehrens.

Hopefully they can come back today with a guilty verdict

So the jury deliberation clock stands at 1 hour, this is the only tweet I've seen concerning their schedule:

Trial Diva Sharee™ ‏@TrialDivasS 9h The court did not release deliberation times for the jury in #richardchrisman so #TheTrialDivas will b there 1st thing in the morning!:)

I'll keep an eye on it for the jury to return and mark the time.

Thanks geevee!

I guess I will leave this thread open and keep refreshing so if a verdict comes in I hopefully will not miss it. I am a little nervous excited today, not worried though.

do we know the max sentence available if RC is found guilty?

imo he should get the max....he was in a position of power and trust and he utterly abused it in the worst way possible, taking another life
