Yes, he starts referring to his deposition transcript at some point because they keep trying to make it sound like he was fibbing. There isn't much room, like one or two foot steps distance to argue over but they just want to plant a seed of doubt in juror's minds.
I don't think I've seen pics of confetti outside, I screen shotted all the pics shown on one of the days but they got all freaky with the video and I missed all the autopsy pics and other crime scene ones too so I'm not sure if there's any reason to think V. didn't shoot his taser while he was on the doorstep. I need to take a look at those saved pics but as far as I recall there's only one showing any outside and I think it's a distance shot.
