Correct. Virgillo's statement was that Danny wanted to go to his father's house and was starting to roll the bike when DC shot him or something like that.

I'm just saying that even if you were to go with Chrisman's version of events, the threat of death that culminated in his use of deadly force doesn't seem to be there. Why would someone be deathly afraid of a bike?

They wouldn't. But he has to explain the bike being where it was so he has come up with the he tried to attack me with a bike excuse.

Also, how could Daniel have been shot in a lunging forward attack position if he has a bike raised up over his head? And how was the bike between the office and Daniel if he was raising it up?

From what I read, the cover officer stands back about 3 feet. Virgillo stated he did grab DR other arms IIRC. If the cover officer feels that the other officer is being aggressive, it is up to the cover officer to diffuse the situation which Virgillo was trying to do. RC just said he wasn't there which is false. The cover officer should always remain with the contact officer. (I asked these same questions to a cop relative last week).

I agree, Virgillo was always there with him. Chrisman's excuses don't fly. I am just going on Chrisman's version right now.

i really fell so bad for Daniels mother,i know if i was in her shoes i would be feeling tremendous guilt.
she phoned the police which she was well within her right to do so of course but i would just be constantly thinking if i never called them i wouldn't have lost my son to a trigger happy cop with a god complex.

are there any of daniels family in court do we know

Well, the question about having all or only partial info is a good one. I believe Juan objected because of that very reason and the judge overruled him for some reason. How can that be admissable if Chrisman didn't even see all the info as the defense seems to be insinuating he did? This judge is making bad decisions.
