Ugh...

Well, the question about having all or only partial info is a good one. I believe Juan objected because of that very reason and the judge overruled him for some reason. How can that be admissable if Chrisman didn't even see all the info as the defense seems to be insinuating he did? This judge is making bad decisions.

he was all those things but does that give RC the right to shoot him??? IMO it doesn't.

you shoot if you are threatened which he wasn't. ever. period

If that's the case then it sounds like there are some jurors leaning one way and some that are leaning another way, with others who may be undecided.

That questions I read from geevee seemed to, overall, favor the state.
