The outline in the court room did not incorporate all the clutter or specific measurements of furniture and other items. Of course, that is assuming that is what they are doing. Do we know whether that was provided? TIA

Yes Bernina, I'm assuming that exhibit showing the room with the dimensions of everything is provided....there was one that showed measurments of everything in the room I believe....

No void in the stippling, no stippling on the bike, position of the bike and Daniel after the fact, the dog, Vergillo's testimony...that's pretty persuasive to me.

I'm going to be highly P.O'ed if they don't get it together & come back with guilty tonight! I know they didn't see it, but that video of Chrisman twirling his baton & strutting around before & after he planted that crack pipe on that poor woman makes me LIVID.

He's a 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

Bernina, what was that thing when the defense was trying to say that there was some stippling on the bike....during closing, he said if you look at bike you will be able to see little flecks and marks, or something like that....

I hope that's not tripping them up....

Dont they have all the exhibits? I thought the diagram JM used was marked. They could just pace it off right?

OT - Motion to continue evidentiary hearing of July 16th filed today in JA case. :(

Am I correct that the time would be 10 hours deliberating by the end of today (4:30)?

Oh my. Did the judge offer them a magnifier and microscope too? I am getting discouraged. The defense may have been able to interject enough reasonable doubt.

Yep, if they finish today with no verdict, it'll be 10 hours.

Geez...don't defense attorneys get tired of playing these games for years and years and years?

What does that mean, to continue evidentiary hearing? The one for Monday is supposed to be JSS ruling on motions, so does that mean they want to delay that?

Not when there is a paycheck involved.

That what it looks like. I have no idea which side filed it, Party 001 seems popular on the docket. lol Maybe JM filed because this trial went a little longer than he thought and needs more time to prepare for all the motions N/W filed.
