That what it looks like. I have no idea which side filed it, Party 001 seems popular on the docket. lol Maybe JM filed because this trial went a little longer than he thought and needs more time to prepare for all the motions N/W filed.

I think it means the defense filed the motion TO 001--that thing is so confusing. I know that JM most likely would NOT continue or ask to continue--he wants to get the show on the road!

I thought 001 was Juan since 1 shows up next to his name. But Party 001 shows up in motions filed by both Juan and the defense. I have no idea. Maybe Juan did file the motion though. Maybe he's worried they won't reach a verdict today and can't be available for the hearing Monday? Although the hearing is scheduled for early and deliberations don't start until 10:30. And it screams defense ploy. So, IDK,

Yeah, I'm totally confused about who files which motion going by the 001 stuck on most. The column on the docket for the party filing is never filled in.
