I thought he was! IIRC, he was bonded out but because it was a M2 charge, he was placed on house arrest. However, my recollection is not always accurate. :seeya:

The only thing I can found about Chrisman's physical "state" before the trial is that PLEA helped him pay the bond, nothing about house arrest. He's been out on bond for 3 years, I don't see someone being on house arrest that long.....there's nothing to give him credit for any time served.

Yes, I read an article in CBS5's archives that said he was let out on bail 5 hours after his arrest.

I think it was a CBS article, now that I think about it I'm not sure, I read a couple trying to find how much bail he posted but could not find that figure.

I think it was a CBS article, now that I think about it I'm not sure, I read a couple trying to find how much bail he posted but could not find that figure.

There is a hearing going on right now regarding motions and who is going to be called and such. It's being tweeted about. Cameras are indeed off.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion surrounding the verdict today. Me, the juror, whether RC was remanded into custody etc. I think it is all the judge's fault and that is my story, sticking to it. LOL.

So the only thing being decided right now is if Daniel's family suffered emotional distress from the aggravated assault. This is complicated by the fact that Daniel was also killed. So is this limited to the distress related only to the gun being place to the temple, or can they talk about how the murder has affected them as well?
