They brought their lunch to not deliberate during it? I bet the court told them they had to go.

bbm

Why would the court tell them they had to go? no, they just needed a break after working for an hour and a half....LOL...ok I better stop or I am gonna sound not-so-nice...I do respect what they are doing but just....don't know what to think at this point and am getting to the point where thinking how long is this gonna last??!!

BBM: lol.

For money purposes I bet. They probably told them they can't deliberate during lunch and have to go. My boss used to tell me when I take my half hour breaks not to come back at 27 minutes or 28 minutes or 29 minutes but 30 minutes. I was like...ok. Until I found out it was because when I come back earlier they still paid me for the time I missed. Sometimes money is the issue. Sometimes people have weird money reasons that you don't know about. That's my guess.

So if there is a verdict soon, after their lunch, it may be streamed later in 5 hours? That would put it tomorrow morning wouldn't it? :maddening:

LOL I was exaggerating. Remember when the judge for JA gave the media an hour and a half. That was definitely the longest head start I had ever heard of. AZ is just that way.

Ok, going to a late dinner with the fam. I will be back later. Fingers crossed this is it. Won't be surprised if it's not. I will say, in the case of a cop shooting, I think it bodes very well that they didn't come back right away! That's just my gut. If they were going to acquit, I truly believe they would have done it by now.

Peace to you guys!

The post-verdict juror interviews ought to be compelling, eh?

Where did the 5 hour media heads up come from? That sounds ridiculous when they can send a news crew over within an hour. This case has certainly not been a conventional one, that is for sure. Does anyone know if any other cop has been put on trial for similar circumstances? I know cops have been tried that killed a family member. Just wondered if there was one.

Since they primarily live streamed RC's testimony, I believe they will stream the verdict as well, judge will give an hour's notice to both parties before reading it.

I was kidding! lol sorry guys.

I saw that there was a similar case in AZ that OneNation or whatever that guy is called tweeted about where the cop was acquitted :scared: wonder what the delib time for that was.

Ok going now! :seeya:

MeeBee was exaggerating the 5 hours! :floorlaugh: Silly me.

I bet it'll be streamed. We know they are going to give the media like a 5 hour warning. That'll give them plenty of time to set up a stream.

I think there will be a verdict or a hung jury after lunch. If there is a unanimous decision I think it will be guilty.

I think the judge said 1- 1 1/2 hour warning for all parties concerned if a verdict is reached?

Yeah, JM asked for an hour to an hour and a half, CM said an hour would be fine so the judge said 1 hour notice to both parties.

Another thing with the AZ court schedule is....the are scheduled to be there for 6 hours, then why do they get 1.5 hour lunch? It should be 1 hour at the most!

What? JM asked for 1 1/2 hour notice and was refused? Big difference. IMO

Incredible Hulk ‏@Tthugz77 26m @TrialDivasS @BarbRichter1 Did the judge let in when he planted the drugs on the woman?

Trial Diva Sharee™ ‏@TrialDivasS 22m @Tthugz77 @BarbRichter1 Nope....the jury does not know about that. Or #richardchrisman pat use of meth himself.

Incredible Hulk ‏@Tthugz77 20m @TrialDivasS @BarbRichter1 Did he give a reason for not letting it in? It seems like it would be relevant to me.

Trial Diva Sharee™ ‏@TrialDivasS 7m @Tthugz77 @BarbRichter1 the judge was so biased....he basically said it wasn't relevant. Everybody was shocked!

I'm still rather shocked. And not pleased. But there's no appeal for the prosecution.
