Anyways, the other night I mentioned to hub about the motion JA filed to fire her attny and he asked me 'They have to file a motion for that?' I said they file motions for practically everything....and then last night I came upon this on RC's docket:

Hey Jewels! Oh, I've been around...on Madeleine McCann (which keeps getting shut down) and Amanda Knox threads. I was gone for the last 2 weeks, though, as I was attending a wedding and busy with that.

Where have you been? Were you over on Martin MacNeill, or what trial were/are you following?

Yes, it was! Hectic, but fun. It was away from home, so involved travelling and all.

Looking forward to Chrisman re-trial and Arias re-trial, but it's not looking like either of them are going to happen anytime soon. As far as scheduling, I would think they would have to schedule Arias' first for Juan, then Chrisman sometime after. Don't know what other cases he's already got lined up for next year, so have to work around that too. :scared:

At this rate, I'm guessing re-trial (Chrisman) sometime in the Summer or even Fall of '14?

I watched the MacNeill trial but didn't post much to the thread, had a lot going on around here lately. Wish I hadn't had to miss the live verdict reading but never expected the jury to work until 2:00 a.m., I thought they'd come back the next day. lol

Huh, well either he has a historical prior conviction or he doesn't, what's with the 'allegation'? Maybe I don't understand the way 'historical' is being used.

copied that from the minutes. So 10:30 AZ time? How r we gonna know what's happening if no one is covering it??! Aggghhh.
