Read left his assisted living center at 8151 E. Speedway Blvd. on July 19 around 4:30 p.m. to attend church at 1950 S. Wilmot Rd...Read functions at a 10 to 12-year-old level and takes various medications and does not have them with him...He does wear glasses and walks with a limp. He is also missing several teeth.

Tucson police and the U.S. marshals determined Read was in Florida with 60-year-old Christy Randolph.

They found Randolph and Read at a home in Deltona, Florida.


Randolph is being charged with domestic violence, kidnapping and theft
