OK, that's weird. She's been found safe but police haven't verified she's been found yet. WHAT??? How hard can that be? Drive to the house and ask to see her or have her come to the police station to be interviewed and close out the case if it's satisfactory. Jeez. It's not that hard. I'm wondering if she came home on her own or if someone in her family or acquaintance found her. It' so obvious police didn't find her, they don't know for sure if she's. been found yet. JMO

I do have confirmation she has been talked to and in contact with the family, but out of respect for her "situation" that all that can be told to me at the moment. I asked for clarity on the police not knowing situation but didnt get a clear answer to that....... ..... .....

...the suspect is identified as 27-year-old Diamond Andrea Martinez. In addition to kicking the pregnant woman, officials say Martinez also punched a 12-year-old in the face.

One of the victims told officers that Martinez walked up to her, got up in her face, and said the unborn child was a "demon baby." Eventually, Martinez kicked the pregnant woman in the stomach.

...accused of two counts of aggravated assault. A judge has set a secured appearance bond of $3,500 for Martinez.

Wow, that's crazy, she must be on drugs or mentally unstable to hit a pregnant woman and a twelve year old. Moo.

This sounds like a psychotic episode. I hope they assess her properly so she is put where she belongs and can receive treatment.

I really hope the victim, her baby and the 12 year old have no lasting injuries, although an attack like this would be very hard to get over mentally and emotionally.
