Brother's (Seemingly) Contradictory Statements?
What was the frequency & depth of communication w his sisters?

Mar 22-23.* "Cal says his siblings appeared healthy and happy, and has not given any indication as to whether they were suffering any illness that could have driven them to suicide.
"Cal, of New York, said is unclear why his sisters chose to end their lives..." bbm

Mar. 26.** "Although Cal admitted he has not seen his sisters in 30 years, he said he spoke to them regularly over the phone and called them shortly before their trip to Switzerland....
"'I begged them to call me every week but they hardly ever did,' Cal said." bbm

Some kind of disconnect there? Not judging or criticizing him or sisters; sometime siblings just drift apart, esp'ly when they've been separated by a divorce in early years. my2ct

So, he begged them to call weekly and they didn't, he hadn't seen them in 30 years. There is no way he knows their physical or mental health status. I think he's absolutely out of touch with reality and knows nothing about his sisters' lives.

Like I said last night, some siblings drift apart.

The brother's comment about being an only child gave me the impression their Father and/or Mother is still alive. If so, must be extremely sad for him/her/them. If MSM referred to Mom or Dad, I missed it. my2ct

I think by saying he is an only child he just means he doesn't have any siblings now. I've not seen anything in the media that suggests their parents are alive.
