He has a tattoo on the front of his left thigh that has a cross and two flags. There is also a small tattoo mark on his right bicep, possibly of the letter F. He was wearing black jeans, white tennis shoes, and a tan colored belt with a silver colored buckle. He also had a black fabric or velcro wristwatch.

I keep trying to figure out that one tattoo of the cross and the flags. Does that tattoo indicate that this male might have been a part of the armed forces?
