I thought he filed for an emergency hearing after being told that he would never see Gabe again. Most places that counts as a threat and gets the court date moved up.

If Elizabeth did text Tammi to tell her this, I can't understand how. Did she tell them she had already texted Logan? Did she tell them in that text that Gabe was with the group in TX, or where she was going?
There is a lot that isn't making sense...maybe Tammi isn't as uncooperative as we think.
Face it, this woman has every reason in the world to sell out Elizabeth, now that she knows she isn't getting Gabe. And LE has every reason to use her, as she is possibly the only link to baby Gabe. Elizabeth wants to talk to her. Do you think that she would still want to if it were splashed on the headlines that Tammi was fully cooperating, answering every question? LE needs her, and they need her quietly.
Just food for thought...someone had to call in the hostel tip, someone had to know she was there. I don't know who that someone is, but if these people really love Gabe, that person was Tammi.

Thanks nmk. Your mind seems to be mulling the same things as mine. Though I hadn't thought about the possibility that Tammi IS helping LE, but needs Elizabeth to feel she can still trust her. I still don't trust Tammi, for multiple reasons. Only one being that the breakup of Logan and EJ's relationship happened within 10 days of when Tammi starts posting about Gabe on her Social Networking sites. But you've pointed out a real working possibility that I hadn't considered. Thanks.
I certainly hope SOMEBODY in all of this truly loves Gabe and wants the best for him. So far, I'm feeling that person is Logan. But I really don't know yet.

I do have to say, I don't think Logan knows anything. I think he really is afraid for his son and wants him back. Not really getting any kind of deception from him.

I work in Domestic Relations and I've never seen a custody battle won that quickly EXCEPT for emergency temporary custody.

Question: I'm totally unclear on when Eliz got Gabriel back from Tammi. News reports say Eliz left Tempe with Gabriel on Dec 18. Did she go from Tempe to Glendale back to Tempe and then to San Antonio?

Thanks dreamweaver. I figured she'd jump on this case eventually, she loves to cover the twisty turny cases. I haven't watched her in weeks because she's been covering Tiger. BLAH!!!

Of course, she rarely surprises me with anything that WSers haven't already uncovered. But I still like to see her cover cases I'm interested in. And sometimes her guests have interesting info.

New picture of Gabriel on NCMEC:

Gosh, my heart breaks all over again everytime I see a picture of this gorgeous baby boy. He's two days younger than my son, and I can't imagine how he's feeling right now, even if he is safe and cared for somewhere. At 8 months, they tend to experience seperation anxiety, and their little personalities come out. This kid has got to be scared out of his mind being somewhere he isn't used to, and I'd wager with people he's not used to. Since I assume all the OBVIOUS people he could be with have already been checked out. I just hope he's safe and healthy.

Thanks SO much. I had NO clue that you could do that. I've been here for years and had no idea. Learn something new everyday. LOL.

Looks like this was in reference to the claims that Logan had told EJ he would take Gabe to his sister in Ill. and leave EJ in the desert where nobody would ever find her.
I think it's okay to post that since it was in a published report.
