I could be wrong.

FL can keep her until Tempe comes to get her. Then Tempe can charge her with custodial interference, likely set bail, and then it's just a matter of what the judge wants. Judges have held parents in contempt for up to 10 years for not revealing the whereabouts of a non custodial child. Once she's back in AZ, could be a day, could be a decade, could be a century...but she is not going anywhere until AZ picks her up.

Her hometown on her profile info says none--i am thinking she may be estranged from her parents? Hopefully she got in contact with them and handed Gabriel off to them...

- FBI confirmed that Elizabeth left San Antonio on Dec 26, not Dec 27 as previously reported

- Gabriel's father's name is Logan McQueary. (Age 25, hometown Scottsdale AZ, provided by Courtney1981) (DOB: 1/2/85 provided by momtective)

- Tempe PD confirmed last time Gabriel was seen was at a park near Fiesta TX. Sign in background says Raymond Russell County Park

- Elizabeth was arrested at the IFH International Fun Hostel at 230 20th ST on Miami Beach

Here the name is Santa Barbara Hostel, and I'm not sure it's the same one. It looks similar but not the same.

Google Maps street view for 230 20th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139 looks more like it:

According to a comment by Logan's cousin (baby's father), the mother wanted to give the child up for adoption to a woman in Texas. I would imagine LE knows this as the cousin asked anyone with information to call the Tempe police.

What's the address? And, South Beach is in the City of Miami Beach. I lived there for several years--those were some FUN times!.

And why in the world did she ditch her car? If she handed Gabriel off to someone, did she sell the car to get $$ to live on/stay at the hostel in Miami Beach?
