It means that Gabriel's poster was changed from Custodial abduction to Endangered Missing.

If, in fact, she did hand her baby over to someone why not say to the police "I did not want my child anymore so I handed him off to someone who did".

Why would she be refusing to talk if that is what she did?

If she did hand the baby over to someone else, say for adoption...I wonder if she did it before or after she lost custody. If she did it before, since baby has her last name and not Logan's, did she really do anything illegal? I also wonder if a paternity test has been done, who knows...Logan may or may not be this baby's father.

I'm thinking before and she knew what was coming. Gabriel last seen Dec 26. The custody hearing was on Dec 28.

I just hope she gave him to somebody who will care properly for him, rather than hurt him. The thing is, whoever has him must have seen this on the news. Wouldn't they be scared and call it in?

I'm trying not to think the worst, but I'm just worried to death about this baby. I wish there was some news. I wish they'd get this out on the news more so people can keep an eye out for him.

LE, please tell us what we can do and what we should look for in the meantime!

Elizabeth's friend from Mass posted this on Eliz's MS on Dec 28. This is the day Eliz didn't show up at the hearing. We don't know where she was on that date.

I feel really bad for her. This case is breaking my heart because I have a really bad feeling about this. I got that sinking feeling in my stomach when I heard the news that EJ had been arrested without the baby. Even worse, she won't say where the baby is, or where her car is.

The hostel where she was arrested, sounds like its kind of a social, fun, party atmosphere. Not saying that was what she was doing, just strange that she would stay there if not. Just a little reminiscent of Casey Anthony.

I hope my gut feeling about this is wrong.

She has the same look in her eyes like Casey did when she was first arrested.

Everyday I check to see if this lovely child was found. Hoping that there would be "found" next to his name. If someone had him I think they would have called LE or someone by now. This is terrible. Im getting a real bad feeling here. Why, why, why....
