No she did not at all but her lawyer will probably play it that way.

What worries me is that another MOMSTER never bonded with her baby.
As NG show says that MOMSTER wouldn't even pick him up and change his diaper........
same position as when father left him for work............
SO, I am thinking another KC......sorry but I do wonder if she did
put him in the diaperbag and threw him in the dumpster as she told the father.
Sometimes we fail to see the truth because it is so BAD!

This might be a stretch but there is an attorney located 10 minutes from the hotels EJ stayed in...the attorney's office is located right across from the Airport and her name just happens to be Cheryl.

From everything that was talked about on NG's show tonight, such as leaving him in his soiled diapers all the time dad was at work, this one is worse than Casey ~ assuming the part she texted him about disposing of Gabriel is true and he won't be found alive & well. MOO

let's face facts....many people who are locked up are mentally ill....from depression to schizophrenia....and I don't really care

they chose to commit crimes...

not all people with mental problems commit crimes....in fact most don't I guess, they take their meds, they get help, they live good lives and God Bless them

but these mentally ill people want to get out of jail free and get the little violins ...I say no way

With all due respect, when I said this girl is nuts, it was a general statement. I did not mean she was mentally ill. There is a difference.

I don't think mental illness has anything to do with this case. And, I did not mean to imply that. I know we have had this discussion on another case, but IMO all cases are different. I have not seen where EJ was ever diagnosed with a mental illness.

IMO she is nuts because she did not love her baby and possibly handed him over to a stranger, handed over to someone she knew, or killed him.

OK, here we go. Another poor excuse for a mother. This whole story sounds like a crock to me. Not one thing out of EJ's mouth is worth a hill of beans.
For once, Nancy Grace had a fabulous show - all about this case, without Tiger or Charlie at all!!! Could not believe it, maybe she's seen the light.
Obviously, EJ is mentally ill with anger/violence(her tearing up stuff and going to jail for it)/parenting issues.
Why did she leave the car in TX?
How did she get to FL?
Would not "Cheryl" have by this point realized what is now going on, and that, umm, you can't just be "given" a human being?
Don't think "Cheryl" exists. My gut feeling is that Gabriel is alive, and the Smiths are involved. Need more info. But reviewing EJ's behavior, she likes to manipulate and control others - resorting to threats of killing her baby to get back at the baby's father. Very sick/twisted.
She enjoys stringing everyone along who is desperately worried about this poor baby's well-being. Makes her feel important and in control.
Need to see what the confiscated car shows forensically - if there are signs of foul play.

Well, I'm not sure if it would have been considered an illegal adoption. If it was before Logan was awarded full custody then I don't think it would have been illegal.

One of the things that really bothers me is how she was in front of the judge. Like she was a teenager in the principals office or something. Just standing there looking around and rolling her eyes. She obviously does not care about anything.

Well, I'm not sure if it would have been considered an illegal adoption. If it was before Logan was awarded full custody then I don't think it would have been illegal.

With an adoption, don't you have to have both parents signatures? I am just not sure about how that all works.
