Ok, so what these pictures do prove to me...the babysitter also needs a colonic.
She's full of shi-zit too.

He looks clean, the room looks clean, he has toys, he has a book....

My doctor doesn't write the kids prescriptions for anything that can be bought over the counter, so I don't know.

If these pictures were taken on 12/26, that wasn't the same day the sitter was there. EJ could've gone shopping in the meantime. The one thing that seems true is there is a medicine bottle!

Yes but it's practically full so unless she had more than one I would say she wasn't "drugging" him.

Which is something ELSE the babysitter said he didn't have. (Of course to be fair, it may just not have been in plain view during the time she was there....in diaper bag or out in car.)

that is a regular tylenol bottle.

You can go google baby "with tylenol bottle" and you will see the identical bottle with another baby. that is what they look like.


also I am pretty sure that is a peek-a-block type cylinder toy by fisher price,not sippy cup.

I found the "he didn't have books he could read" comment by the babysitter was odd.
I found it odd because we all know Gabe is too young to read.

Now, I see the book on the bed and think, was she thinking of all the good things and turned them around to come up with bad things.

I too feel some relief after seeing these pictures. I have seen unloved and uncared for babies. Gabe is not one of them. He had a cold and was probably teething. But he did not look as if he had been crying for hours or neglected in anyway.

What bothers me now is I am more confused by EJ. She is not a completely uncaring person. The photos on the night stand, the camera and pics lots of little things show glimpses of a different girl than I expected to see. Something isn't adding up and I can't put my finger on where my mind is going with this.

Me too. I really think it's her. Things look a little clearer after I got over the initial shock.
It doesn't help that he's holding a hotel washrag as a security blanket, in a picture taken the last day he was known to be safe, possibly right before his mother sold him off...feels like Shaniya all over again.

The photos indicate someone who cares about family, the baby looks clean and well-cared for although I still believe he's suffering from teething pain, so my question is ~ how could someone who cares about family, give the baby away to total strangers, not even knowing their names? Or is this whole room staged to make it look like she really loves & cares for him? It's seems so opposite of her trashing the apartment and his things back in AZ. MOO

Look at his mouth behind the paci, a mom knows, IMOO, he is sick. that is either an attempt at a sick baby smile, or he is really not feeling good in this pic. I say sick.
