IMO not the same bottle
bottle11.jpg

ok, I can't really put too much more energy into arguing this. I am positive it is baby tylenol, as my daughter has used it. Also, they are just different sizes.

edited to add:
if you notice the two pictures they look like one is just turned a different way. see how the vertical lines on the right of the bottle in the left picture are the same as the ones on the left of bottle on the right

Well, I just caught up. Great work all! The Tylenol bottle doesn't alarm me much. If he is teething, he just might chew on the other end of that for comfort. Now, I may not win mommy of the year for this, but my youngest did do that. Not that I let him go on his own, I was right there, but it made him feel better so I was fine with it. I may be grasping because I HAVE to believe with everything that Gabriel is ok, but he looked just fine to me. BTW I also have pics of both my boys that I have had comments on asking what they are taking just because of their eyes. IMO just bad pics.

I too feel some relief after seeing these pictures. I have seen unloved and uncared for babies. Gabe is not one of them. He had a cold and was probably teething. But he did not look as if he had been crying for hours or neglected in anyway.

What bothers me now is I am more confused by EJ. She is not a completely uncaring person. The photos on the night stand, the camera and pics lots of little things show glimpses of a different girl than I expected to see. Something isn't adding up and I can't put my finger on where my mind is going with this.
It seems we were "thinking together"! :)

I agree and am totally convinced it is grape flavored infant tylenol

Me too. I really think it's her. Things look a little clearer after I got over the initial shock.
It doesn't help that he's holding a hotel washrag as a security blanket, in a picture taken the last day he was known to be safe, possibly right before his mother sold him off...feels like Shaniya all over again.
I know what you mean. I'll never forget those images of Shaniya and how hopeful it seemed she was alive, then to know later that day what really happened to her.

77XX E. Buena Terra Way
Scottsdale, AZ 85250-6529

Hi Trudy. I live in Tempe, have been in AZ all my life, went to high school in Scottsdale. I don't think that the address you posted is correct for a few reasons:

The Maricopa assessor site shows the address to belong to a Jack and XYZ Smith, not Jackie and Tammi Fay Peters Smith.

http://www.maricopa.gov/Assessor/Par...n/Default.aspx

Secondly, abc15.com said they live in the vicinity of 160th st and Rio Verde, which is about 20-25 miles from E Buena Terra Way

http://www.abc15.com/content/news/so...ZWBC0ifjg.cspx

I appreciate your efforts, but I think we all need to keep looking, I know I've been trying and haven't found a thing yet.

I am crying as I type this - I cannot imagine this. He looks fine, but teething. He looks at his mom with love.

Maybe, just maybe, the family problems could have been resolved without intervention by a psychotic predator.

That is the other side of it, also, these bottles have a peel label, you peel them and they have all the warnings and such inside the label. MOO

I found the "he didn't have books he could read" comment by the babysitter was odd.
I found it odd because we all know Gabe is too young to read.

Now, I see the book on the bed and think, was she thinking of all the good things and turned them around to come up with bad things.

I read to my son every single day from the day I brought him home from the hospital.

The book on the bed looks like a notebook to me.

The rattle and sippy cup may not have been within her view.

I just don't get the trashing of the babysitter. She's only 18 years old. She was kind and caring towards Gabriel for a couple of hours. There's nothing more to it than that.

I do. I don't travel much now, but when I used to, I would often take family photos along so I wouldn't miss them (the family) so much. I like to see my kids/grandkids faces first thing when I wake up. Makes me happy.

Oh my. Of course that makes perfect sense! I've never been a traveler (can you tell?) LOL Sorry!

Off topic-

The San Antonio Saints ;)

San Antonio has a football team??? i thought the saints were New Orleans. I'm not a big football fan, but I thought Texas only had the Texans, and Cowboys??

ETA: nevermind I'm an idiot I just read Kimberlyd125's siggy line. DUH!!!

I know exactly what you are saying.
I too remember how happy I was when I saw her alive on those photos by the elevator.

Then to find out she was horrible assaulted, killed, and thrown in the weeds (kudzu or whatever) I was absolutley heart broken. I didn't sleep a full night for weeks.

I pray this will not turn out the same.

I'm holding a bottle of my sons baby tylenol in my hand, and it looks the same as the one in the picture with Gabe. The lot number, yellow band at the top and everything is in the exact same spot.

In the spirit of TS we adopted the saints for a season after hurricane Katrina. There has also been the cloud of Tom Benson maybe moving them here for several years. We accept the saints as if they are our own.

ETA: cowboys? cowboys who?

In this picture you can tell his little mouth is dirty under the pacifier and the neckline of the jammies is dirty. I'm not saying that is totally bad. Maybe she had just changed him, fed him and was getting him ready for bed and just hadn't gotten around to wiping his mouth off yet.

We'll have to agree to disagree on this one my friend.

While I don't consider pointing out differences in her story trashing, I feel her interview last night on NG was hinky from the get go.

And also, she contridicted herself during the interview because she said there were no toys, then a few minutes later she talked about trying to get him to play with a toy he had. ????:waitasec:????

An 18 year old is not a child. If she's old enough to care for a child, then she is old enough to know right from wrong / toy or no toy kinda stuff don't ya think.

What is he drinking from that sippy looking thing? Is that a medicine dispenser for infants with a nipple? Scares me....did she OD him? Take a pic to haunt Logan with?
