1. can anyone refresh my memory on where it was said that EJ is bipolar?

2. did anyone dig up any more info on the nanny that the Smith's hired?

1. At the end of one of the news articles that quoted her grandfather, someone close to her was quoted as saying they thought she had undiagnosed bipolar disorder. I don't recall if it was her brother, her grandfather or Logan.

How could Tammie have possibly interfered with the State notifying him of his rights being terminated? It is the States responsibility to locate the parent or make an attempt to regardless of what Tammie says his last address was. Do you honestly believe the States attorney takes her word for it and calls it a day? How many adoptions do you think would be overturned in TN if that were the case?

Uhmm....and just how much diligence do you believe the state's attorney DOES exercise in being sure the notices actually do REACH the recepients? C'mon, realistically now.

I happen to know of MANY cases through my work as a child advocate that were intentionally circumvented through misinformation. Happens ALL THE TIME. Obviously, so much so that the Smiths thought they would skate on this one. The references to "underground" help show how common it is to give people advice of how to CIRCUMVENT the laws in this area.

Now she's asking people to pray for Logan....
She's building a cocktail. When more people were speaking out against Logan, she hated him, he was unfit...just look at his record.
Now that Logan is seen as more of a victim, she wants us to remember him, pray for him, associate him with her when we think.

If people were to start posting to her FB that Logan doesn't deserve our prayers, she would change her tune to pray that Logan be saved. This is kind of creepy to watch.

What gets me is that she says it took LE 15 days to talk to her. That is not true because from almost the beginning LE has called the Smiths persons of interest and said they feel they are holding back infomation. So obviously they must have talked to them initially are LE wouldn't say they are holding back.

You are so RIGHT! They took polys a week ago! And those polys came out inconclusive because they LIED!!! LE has definitely been talking to them. She lied or "omitted" the whole CC story. This woman lies in circles. It is amazing and infuriating :furious:

No, I said that now she is saying to pray for him and Gabe. If she were to be fed some lines about how the public doesn't like him anymore, she would change her tune to something that she feels is more acceptable.

I'm right there with ya, Salem. It's so late, and we've read so much today, it's easy to be driven to such a level of frustration and aggravation by this woman. I was just thinking it's time to stop for the night, when you posted. Good night!

If I remember correctly her grandfather said she was on meds for post-p depression and was off of her meds. Logan was the one that mentioned bi-polar disorder and in the same sentence I believe he said it wasn't diagnosed? These statements were way back at the beginning of this case.

Now she's listening to an attorney? She should have had one from the beginning and kept her mouth shut.

Unless her behavior became disruptive in jail or her attorney made a plea on her behalf for meds I doubt this would be addressed.

Yet earlier today on FB, TPS apologizes for taking to long to get people answered. Seems LE took her laptop and all she had was her console computer. If that laptop hadn't been turned on in 8 months, why would it's removal affect Tammi's post time at all?
I feel a bit sick right now.

I know of an area in Florida that regularly skates around this law (with divorces, child services etc.) by using a little read publication in a tri-county area for this purpose. It just needs to be a public notice run for x amount of days. It is a well known practice.

Yes, it's done all over the place, but instead of skating around the law...they are abiding by the law the way that it's written. Sure, I bet barely anyone reads them, I know I don't, but they are still abiding by the law.

I wonder if any of TS facebook friends have saved the posts she has now deleted? It would all be pretty beneficial to LE during their investigation.

Also, since she is saying that LE didn't talk to her for 15 days after Gabriel went missing, how long has it been publicized that the Smiths are POI'S? Anyone know?
