(2) Service of process for proceedings to terminate parental rights in juvenile court shall be pursuant to the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure, unless a finding is made pursuant to Tenn. R. Juv. So nothing to worry or fret about if this case is thoroughly reviewed. You should feel very comfortable knowing that everything was done right and justice has prevailed.

Just sayin'...

I have no stake in this adoption, I really dont care if they do re-open it to make sure proper procedure was followed. I would be the first to demand that if anything TW rang true but it does not! I do not believe for one minute that they will at this point so many years later. There are rules and time limits on contesting adoptions and maybe someone should ask TW if he cared enough to file any for any of them. But I do take issue with people asserting what TW says as the gospel truth when his own words contradict the way those who cant stand Tammie want to interpret it.

So if Tammi and Jack become convicted criminals, we can assume that nothing they have said is true? Hmmm...that kinda puts us back to square one.

I was looking at their house on their FB page and they have all the outward signs of prosperity that most people would want. I am flabbergasted that they would risk it all by filing/working on false court documents. Shocking, isn't it?

It is, and I am not convinced that Jack had anything to do with it or would have knowingly gone along with it either. I think Tammie was the driving force and Jack and "H" will pay the price for it. Not to mention Gabriel and Logan.

I really don't think she was thinking that far ahead. She seems like the type to do whatever she wants to do and thinks the ends justify the means. I think she just wanted baby Gabriel so bad and she took EJ's stories as gospel that she threw good judgement out the window and acted blindly on her desires.

she was pretty desperate to get a baby.

I also do not understand why, with their money, they do not help offer a larger reward.... I mean that is if they don't know he is alive and well

Jack does seem to have that "deer in the headlights" look about him, doesn't he? Aside from being concerned about Gabriel, I do feel sorry for "H". Even if the Smiths are only facing minor charges, it still can cause a great deal of stress for the entire household. Can you imagine what "H" thought when the detectives came to her home? Even if they whisked her away to a quiet, neutral place, kids have a way of sensing these things. It's a shame that "H" has to endure anything because one or both of her parents may have committed a crime.

I wonder if the Smiths will stick together through this, or if one will throw the other under the nearest Valley Metro bus?

Yes, and truly very sad.

Could it indicate an enormous sense of entitlement? And if so, how did it get to this point? Maybe prior successful situations reinforced a false belief that they could fly under radar?

I'm not sold on this position, and have no personal stake in it. Its just amazing to see this happening and interesting to wonder how things got to be what they are.

idk. On Nancy Grace whenever he would start to talk, Tammi would reach over and grab his leg to shut him up. I think he knows something

When it comes to Tammi, I think you're kinder than I, lol. I think she's been on the prowl for a baby for a while but I don't think she's smart enough to think ahead and come up with a grand scheme. Thank goodness for that, or else she & EJ might have gotten away with getting Gabriel away from Logan.

No worries on that score! I don't take anything any of these players say as the gospel truth, lol.

And again, I have no personal feelings towards any of them.

I just want the truth to be told.

And who even knows what THAT is at this point! :waitasec:

That is interesting.. I wonder if they made all their money in the colon flushing niche, or if some of their money comes from Jack being in show business. (He played with Bill Anderson, a country legend, iirc.) Do you think that LE might investigate where their money came from?

Pretty much agree with you here.

And from a psychological standpoint, I also have to wonder if she somewhat identified with EJ's personality disorders and her tendency to blame her child's father for everything wrong in her life rather than taking a long, hard look at herself. I kinda think there was a LOT of projection going on in this case that caused Tammi to lose her good judgement.

At thread number 2, post number 940, "search for truth" tells about TS cease and desist order in another state, after which she moved out here and continued on with her business. This may be one success for her?

Wow, she didn't even show up for that hearing, am I the only one that finds that weird? Even if she was guilty, why didn't she face her consequences?

Hmmm.... know any particulars on that?

Was her move to AZ very shortly after that? That could show something of a personality tendency, huh?

LOL, I'm supposed to have gone to sleep but:
IIRC I thought she also moved suddenly to avoid a battle during the H custody issue? Will she pack up again now? AAhhh! She might move further West ! I'm putting up warnings.
CYA!

LOL, I'm supposed to have gone to sleep too.

But now I'm really curious about two things:

How long after her ceast and desist order did she move?
Where were they in the process of 'obtaining' H when they moved?

Curiosity killed a good nite's sleep, that's for sure.
