Only thing about EXIF on regular cameras (vs cellphones) if the camera has not been properly set with time and date, that can throw things off. I had a camera with a bad internal battery and it kept on shooting everything as of January 1, 2000 with a time of 00:00:01. I have one camera that I accidently set the time wrong one time and it shoots 12 hours off.

But in this case, they actually have the camera in possession so they know this is not the case. In theory, EJ could have changed the camera time to reflect a different date for when those pics were taken and then set it back. But as long as the internal battery was working, I would suspect they have a utility that can read the internal memory that can tell them if the timedate had been altered. In most cases, people set the datetime on initial camera set-up and never give it a second thought unless they actually put that date on the pictures (which I really hate BTW).

It would make a lot more sense to me if the Nashville house was not their primary residence but a house they owned and rented/sold. Thanks to who posted that for jogging my thought processes.

The e-mail exchange that TPS posted was on myspace.

TPS had no phone contact with EJ after she boarded that bus.

Mysteriously, on Dec 29 at 5:36pm EJ signed into her myspace and udated her status. At 5:51pm TPS sent the first "e-mail" or private myspace message. Now I'm not sure how the times work on myspace and whether everything is listed in EST so perhaps someone can answer that. If TPS posted at 5:51, was it AZ time or EST?

EJ responded to that first message at 6:43pm, again not sure if this is EST because these times are being taken from TPS's end of the exchange.

By reading the e-mails, it indicates to me that LE were possibly telling TPS as early as Dec 29th that a warrant was out for her and should TPS be in contact with her, give her these instructions. From subsequent e-mails that were sent, it appears as though TPS never told them that EJ was in fact in contact with her via myspace.

That's my guess anyway.

What I do find strange is the timing. Like it was set up or something for them to get in contact with each other once she had reached a certain destination. JMO.

This may have already been addressed, but when EJ was arrested did she have her cell phone with her? If so and she was texting, then they could trace the cell phone pings like they did with Casey... I mean they know the approximate date that Gabriel was last seen they could trace from that day til the day she arrived in Florida . I am sure that the FBI has already done this but has anyone heard anything about them pinging her cell?

I want to believe that TPS is involved. For all that has been said about her, she is not a killer. I don't think she would be a party to murder, even for EJ, whatever that bond is about.
On her own, I think EJ could have killed Gabriel, so I want to believe that Tammi knew about every step, because to me that still means that he is likely to be alive.

Probably where my confusion on basics is coming from all of a sudden.

Yes, I agree that property values are very local. I have a RE license and sold for 5 years in Orlando when the prices ballooned. I often got people who would come from areas where they could buy a lot of house for little money, and it was a hard concept for many to understand. I was not going so much by price but by the condition and look of the house and neighborhood. As someone here had posted, their home in Arizona is fairly large, newer, if not new, and in tip-top shape. The Nashville house, on the otherhand, is rather rundown. If I remember correctly, the Nashville house has a lot less square footage than the one in Arizona. I will try to find the one in Arizona on the appraisers site, and will post it. It will be interesting to see the difference in size. Yes. prices swing a lot - buying 2000 sq. ft in Kansas is very different price-wise than buying 2000 sq ft. in South Beach Miami. But these two houses are not only different in price, but in sq. ft. That and the condition of one house vs. the other is what I was commenting on. I hope this clarifies my post.

When they bought the home (from the pics I saw) they had to finish it before moving into it. I assume that Jack is knowledgable in building/reparing and has done most if not all the work himself.

I was being a wee bit snarky but the name of the business is called Healing Waters Colonics. And they specialize in Colonic and Hydration flushes ect.

IIRC it was the same name in TN but TN doesn't allow businesses to practice "natural medicine."

When they bought the home (from the pics I saw) they had to finish it before moving into it. I assume that Jack is knowledgable in building/reparing and has done most if not all the work himself.

It was still over half a million that they paid for it, according to documents between them and the bank.

That happens a lot with people in the business of buying and flipping houses.

Do we know if he had a business that the transactions would have gone under. It takes very little to form a L.L.C.

My point is, sometimes owners will "sell" the house to their business for $-0- or sell from the business to themselves for $-0-. This is just to change the legal owner. In reality the person owns it either way. Just for tax and other reasons, it needs to be under the different ownership...business or personal.

Does this make any sense to anybody???? I'm not good and putting my thoughts on paper/moniter. But I know what I mean. lol

Thanks LadyL, If she had her cell phone and it was turned on they have a perfect map to the areas she was at before Gabriel went missing. I wish this was a sunshine law state like Florida, II think I got spoiled by all the information released in the Caylee case.

this is so odd...any computer people out there? I have emailed back and forth on facebook with TPS. In some of the email she was so awful to me. I just ignored and moved on. BUT I noticed today there was a new reply to the email from her. When I went to open it it is just a long blank email. Somehow the entire message I had from her in my inbox now looks like this too. How did she do this?

Was this an email that came into your regular email or could you originally view it only on facebook (I'm not on FB so I don't really know how that works). If it came into your regular email - it's possible to do but I can't really see Tammi having the knowledge and/or foresight to do it. I would love to see the email headers though.
