Yikes, my post never went through earlier today. Anyhow sorry for the delay, had to take hubby to pick up his car from the shop and get the kids fed, bathed and off to bed. Now that I know its ok to post, what I saw on the bottom screen in red on NG last night (3am rerun) was all along stating "POI admits lie to police" then about 45 min into it, it flashed "FBI has TX couple on tape taking baby from SA hotel" ...I couldnt believe it and stayed glued waiting to hear them talk about it and they never did. It was gone quickly almost like it was a mistake and right back to POI admits lie to police. Did anyone see it besides me?? That must be why they are convinced he is alive

The part about the FBI having video from the hotel was something EJ apparently told Tammi; as it turns out from other reports, they don't.

I have a couple, im trying to get copys of the baby pics when he was born
he was premature, they have pics of him in the hosiptal, he only weight 2 pounds, but, i think they were lost last time they got evicted

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that. Any chance the hospital or child welfare agency has some that they took of him when he was younger? It would be worth a couple of inquiries. I know you both will enjoy having them down the road.

But his bMom wasn't giving you photos of him that were taken the same week he was placed with you, correct? I mean, ... oh, I don't know what the heck I mean. <sorry 'bout that>

LOL - Tammi considers herself a "normal" person. Time for us all to take a moment for self-reflection and evaluate if we are as "normal" as Tammi.

And I bet everything she had left to her name was in it.

She left everything she didn't want behind (including her child) and left on a bus with a backpack.

Oh I'm sure they have the backpack ~ but if she had gotten another cell phone I wonder if she happened to "lose" it before being taken into custody. I remember she was tracked down due to using the Internet there so I was just curious if she'd used one at the hostel or had a cell phone. MOO

Sorry to go off topic about wondering about EJ's upbringing. I'm just trying to figure out what is wrong with her and if she is capable of killing Gabe. It goes without saying that I hope she's has not. I don't know how troubled she is. I don't understand why - if she really did adopt Gabriel out, why won't she tell LE the details.

Oh man, I went in search of an answer and came up with this.I have never read these comments before in regards to what JS said about the search on their home. I don't think being so bla'sey about having your home searched is the right approach to clearing your name.

I mean, seriously - I would not be questioning the timing of a search warrant executed on my house but I'd sure be questioning the fact that I was involved in something that caused me to have my home searched!

OK if you saw it too then it MUST have happened! I thought I saw that too but it never tripped across again. Maybe it was a mistake. I am not going to get my hopes up. I really thought I must be seeing things because I was walking through the room when I saw it.

On one hand, Jack says, "If they had got here at 6 in the morning, they could have had coffee with me and spent the day with me," he said. "But yet, they had to keep my daughter from going to bed last night until midnight. My daughter is always in bed before midnight."

I would love to ask him why he didn't call a friend to take the little girl out for a burger or cone or something. Also, if Jack was able to sleep on the couch, why didn't he let his daughter do the same thing?

I'd like to know what makes her tick too...and why, if Gabriel is alive, she's willing to sit in jail and face charges that could put her away for years, just to get back at Logan? I'm also wondering what additional charges she could face for illegally "adopting out" Gabriel? Could that be another reason for her silence? :waitasec:

Thanks. I just didn't want people to think I was attacking her family. EJ's upbringing sounds so tragic and it definitely shaped her personality. I want to believe that she is not capable of killing Gabriel, but we just don't know enough about her.

These two wouldn't be POI if they hadn't said or done something to make them just that...so maybe they should've thought about it before getting involved with helping EJ take off to Texas. And I'm sure she (EJ) didn't get the idea to stay in San Antonio practically next door to one of the colonic healing places on her own. MOO

I heard that a couple of days ago, do not remember if I read it or saw it somewhere, but nothing had surfaced so didn't no if was correct or not.

I saw it too and then I seen it again today on a recap and it said Mom says: FBI have tape of couple at hotel.

I did read where the Police have denied this claim
