I'd like to agree but even if EJ does not know everything to locate Gabriel she could have told the most exact story she possibly can, to help. She has not and has dragged her feet for days and days. Why?

Just like Casey Anthony who could have told how Caylee left her charge and control with some verifiable facts if she was innocent.

EJ is playing for time, to see what LE/FBI find and hope Gabriel will never be found.

There are things you can say, a complete honest description of what you do know if you are at all sincere. Same goes for TPS --- all she has done is confuse and complicate the search with her overly clever spin and arrogance.

EJ and TPS are a dangerous double-act and both have wasted investigation time to play games. They are both so into themselves they forget about Gabriel.

I beg to differ on some of this and I don't want to bring Caylee in this again.

Maybe she has told as much as we can - I don't think we know right now, this is the first anything has been quoted as coming from her for over a week and the last thing was from Tammi :waitasec:

Also, I am not suggesting anything, but is it possible she feels that adoption is better for her son than being with the father for one way or another? If so, she may wish to rot in jail then help find him. I think this would also apply if she really is set on getting back at the father as well....

OMG! If EJ does not know anything about the 'adoptive parents' then how does she know Gabriel will not be horribly abused for the rest of his life by people who don't care ... since he was given away so his life is worth nothing?

This was the rose colored scenario painted for Caylee, if kidnapped, that the family was not worried since the kidnappers obviously must love and care for Caylee. WTH!

Yes, sadly, I agree with you. Nobody who would accept a baby illegally has good hands. And for her to say she won't help find Gabriel, and take him out of danger, because that does nothing for HER, just says it all.

ITA, because EJ was an orphan, 5 foster homes...........why would she think adoption (like her foster homes) would be better for her son?

IMO, Gabriel was teething, probably cranky and EJ overdosed him.

I've thought of that too, but it just seems so bizarre or maybe should I say, short-sighted if she never thought she'd need those names for some reason.

This is a girl who was apparently trying to give her son away to strangers she met in the airport?!

I actually had hope in this case until I found out the comment made by TPS on her FB regarding praying for EJ and GJ on the road because she had found some underground help in TX who would provide her with diapers, formula, etc was actually made TO TPS by EJ. I thought somehow that pretty much implicated TPS in genuinely helping with the specifics of her running and all the details. I really had no idea at the time TPS was simply spewing the BS EJ had fed her. With that being the case, I just don't know anymore. I still believe TPS and JS were in it up to their ears and still probably are to some degree, but upon hearing the underground comment was from EJ herself, I'm not sure I really buy the theory that GJ is still with us anymore, although I would give almost anything to be wrong. Casey basically said the same thing regarding he invisible nanny ... the whole "help" thing with Caylee which we all know now was completely false. There was never anyone else looking out for her and I fear now angel Gabriel might possibly have met the same fate.

However, there is still always that little room for hope, which I haven't completely ruled out yet. But I admit, hope is becoming dimmer each day ... even LE seems to have abandoned most hope at this point and we all know every hour is crucial. It's already been 20 some days.

EJ was said to have been pretty internet savvy according to her grandpa ... I wonder seriously if she ever followed the Anthony case and in a sense made this into a pseudo-copycat situation? She sure seems to be following the CA guidebook on exactly what NOT to do in regard to LE and her family. If she really did do something terrible to little Gabe, I would think at least someone might have heard or saw SOMETHING though. Strange, unfamiliar town and all that. She wouldn't have known the better places to do shady things without possibly being noticed by someone. Hard enough getting away with disposing of someone when you're around your own familiar territory, let alone a completely foreign one. Is it possible the park was actually an indirect truth to some extent? Is it possible she maybe buried him in the park she alleged she handed him over to strangers in? I just don't know what to think anymore but my stomach is turning ...

Lawyer wants a deal is my guess. If investigators want Gabriel, then make a deal she can't refuse. Just playing games with a babies life.....

On the other hand, if she has been offered a deal and refused it....then Gabriel is probably dead.

IMHO, IF EJ had anything to deal with, her lawyer would have already talked to LE. I'm almost certain of it.

If they did exist, she could get a composite or give a much clearer description of them.

I firmly believe now that because she was looking to adopt him out or whatever, she thinks she can just get away with killing Gabriel because people were "proud of her before" and would believe her..
She lost custody to Logan and snapped. Then after doing the unthinkable, she made sure everyone knew to kiss her a$$ then called them sucka's!

I wonder how much they'd be all smiles after charges were filed against them, the clock was ticking, and the media and people lost interest. They could whine about their innocence all they want. Let a jury decide!
