Alright, in an effort to try to figure out some more pieces of the puzzle, I always seem to back to the money.

She sure as the heck wasn't conserving her cash, if she had her nails done, got new clothes and hired a sitter. So, why not?
She's pretty, but pretty will not keep you alive on the streets.
She had to be going somewhere, or have a really good plan or be expecting more money.
She only had $300-$500 on which to "Keep running forever." That makes no sense.
So, either she had more cash stashed, or she was expecting to receive more very soon, or she is an idiot.
I don't want to underestimate her, as I feel that would be a tragic mistake...and probably what people have been doing her whole life that allowed this to reach this point.
So where the heck was the money coming from? Not what she had, but the rest that she must have figured she would get.

"... that the last two photos have a date stamp of December 26."
Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but it doesn't say that all the others aren't date stamped, just that the last two were stamped (taken) on the 26th. :waitasec:

Good point!!!
I haven't seen any of the actual date stamps on any of the released photo's. If anyone finds them with the date stamp, please post a link. Thanks.

One of the reasons I think EJ ended up in SA was because afaik, there's only two major routes from AZ to TX. EJ could have headed north to Flagstaff and then through NM to a city like Amarillo, TX, but I think Flagstaff was under a lot of snow at the time she was on the road. I don't think Grandpa's car was snow-worthy, so that could be one of the reasons she headed south, then east to Texas.

Then again, maybe there is more to SA than the weather, I admit I am completely puzzled on this part of her story. Heck, I admit that most of EJ's story has me puzzled.
If there wasn't a reason for her to be in San Antonio, and assuming the car wasn't having problems, why not go to Dallas, for example, or some other large city? Spending several days in San Antonio still makes me think it was all arranged. MOO

I don't see it on there?

I don't have FB, so can't help. Just bumping post #66 from this thread.

Trying to be helpful, but doesn't always work out that way, lol.

IF she did get a fake ID she could have opened a bank account in Fla? But I would think if LE found that ID they would have checked that???

The bus probably took I-10 from SA to FL. It seems the most logical route. Interstate 10 runs from Cali to FL, and includes going through SA.

That could also be another reason San Antonio was the stop off point...with Florida as the ultimate destination all along. MOO

I don't remember seeing dates on them either but maybe I just didn't look close enough. :)

According to BH blog she herself contacted this woman and she stated that it was a little boy just over two weeks old. I am sure LE has looked into this I know at some point someone sent the info to LE. They may very well be verifing the information or whatever.

(I am torn about posting this link I have been told not to post without a link yet the link is to an innocent person. SO....)

"Beth" was "shocked" on the 14th??? I thought LE throughly checked this out and debunked it! Did they throughly check it out without talking to "Beth"? :waitasec:

is anyone up for emailing NG about the smiths before tongiths show? I have already, but would love others who feel they are sketchy to tell nancy to stop being and lovey-dovey to them and call them out on their lies, especially
1)tammi's criminal history
2)tennessee connections
3)fake social security cards
4)craig c.

Many people post their comments under NG FB page.
Many feel the same way WS posters do.

Good point...but let's think out of the box..we know she has connections to Ft.Smith,Ar and Nashville,TN. If this were pre arranged. The bus company has a terminal in Nashville. I've been told by someone who has used that bus line on numerous occasions while coming to Memphis, if they go through a city that does not has a terminal, they will let that person off at the other bus line (Not sure if I could use bus names here). Hence, Little Rock for someone to meet her there from Ft. Smith. If not there, direct to Nashville.

Bolding mine....

If she was carrying a bunch of prepaid Visa cards, would that be counted in the cash she had with her? Just a wild thought, but I wonder if she was paid off via some prepaid debit cards?

[ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Antonio[/ame]
San Antonio (pronounced /ˌsænænˈtoʊnioʊ/) is the second-largest city in the state of Texas and the seventh-largest city in the United States with a population of 1.3 million.[2]

I had no idea either. Big place.

San Antonio is larger than Dallas. If her plan was to end up in Florida all along, then she took the most logical route, I-10 all the way.

I earlier posted this on thread 12 today and am transferring it to those of you who may have missed it. I do realize that some people have employment and their lives...

In an effort to get the story of missing baby Gabriel out to the public, I phoned my local abc affiliate and requested they run the story that aired this morning on Good Morning America. It is a fresh story and needs to get out to as many people as possible. Heck, I woke up just to hear the closing comments, so I missed what the content of the story was about.

Note that since today is a holiday, the main switchboard was closed. However, they left a number for a tip line which directed me directly to the news room.

My thought being, the more that know the plight of this baby, the likelyhood of recovery is increased. As we all know, media is our best friend in cases of missing children. If not given the air time, the case grows cold.

If all of our members would contact their local abc affiliate and request them to run all or a portion of this mornings GMA show, the better chances Gabriel has of coming home to his daddy.

Thank you all.

I'm not sure I'm following.
If Elizabeth is going to FL from San Antonio, the most logical route from there to FL would be I-10. If San Antonio is a meeting point, then whoever has Gabriel would use their own transportation. Elizabeth does not have connections to Nashville, AFAIK, only the Smiths do. She does have connections to Fort Smith.

Please, maybe I am not understanding you correctly.

I'm not sure, but she did tell her grandfather to go get the $300-ish she had when she was arrested. I'm pretty sure they include prepaid cards, but we also haven't heard everything that she had with her.
We also don't know how much the ring was worth that she had, and that may have been her nest egg, so to speak.
