Oh I didn't notice that... someone else did

but this reminds me of the CA case when they had the wrong number on her website for tips.

the thing you linked was something different... she posted on a comment on the fan page to call her attorney and left a number... not the one for det. rameras.

but for K.S. she says he is her attorney.

sorry for the confussion

I have no idea who 'det rimeras' is or that number she posted asking for tips. has anyone called it?

Fixed it in my original post. Sorry for the confusion. I was quoted several times, though, and I can't fix that. Apologies again!

The number for Detective Ramirez, though, is NOT the number for tips about Gabriel. That number is 1-800-THE-LOST.

I saw that. I also remember when she shared the emails she wrote to elizabeth she had another detective's name and number.

When I searched his name he came up as a PI in Arizona.
Maybe she has PIs working on this?

Strange that she has posted two phone numbers - for a detective and a lawyer - and neither is what she represents it to be...

I have confirmed through email with Sgt. Carbajal that the ONLY numbers to be used regarding tips for the Gabriel Johnson case are the following:

Local 9-1-1
Tempe Police Department: 480-350-8311
Silent Witness: 480-948-6377
National Center for Missing and Exploited Children: 1-800-THE-LOST
San Antonio CrimeStoppers: 210-224-STOP

He did not say one way or another whether the number that Tammi had posted was legitimate, but did say the numbers above are the ones that people should call to report a tip.

Hope I'm not violating anything by posting this.

There are thousands of Attorneys out there. Good ones, bad ones. Expensive ones and ones with lower rates. Lots of experience no experience. But when you google their names you get an attorney. Why? Why no attorney? Guilty or not these guys are in trouble. Do they not get it?

Apparently not. The attorney that they appear to have is a civil attorney. So they can threaten to file civil suits against all the "slander" that they believe is going on. Do they plan to sue LE? Or FB? Why get a civil attorney? Wouldn't you be looking for a good criminal attorney instead? :waitasec:

Snipped

Det. Ramirez is the detective that she was nagging about on NG when they had said they wanted to do the polygraphs from the begining. This was the detective that they had called several times and ?she? wouldn't answer their calls nor call them back.

Going to read NG trans. so I can find the info to be exact.

From Jan 7th:
TAMMI SMITH: Well, I have tried to call the detective, Ramirez (ph), many times today, left two messages with her. It`s not that I know where he is, but like I told your staff, we`ve all been talking for the past couple days, trying to brainstorm where he is. So Yami from Fox News has been brainstorming, and she`s been digging and digging in San Antonio for us. And she gives us all of her leads. And so we go with that. And we`re working with your office, as well, and brainstorming together. So we just have our own ideas about it.
From Jan 8th:
TAMMI SMITH: Yesterday, I called Detective Ramirez (ph) at least five or six times and left about four messages with her. She finally called me back at 10:30 last night, and I was very angry and told her, That`s it, I`m tired of this. Set up the polygraph, like I asked you last week, and I want it done tomorrow. And she said, What time? I said 12:00 o`clock. So we were there.

We don't know for sure that neither number is what it says it is.
Online records aren't always updated with the best regularity. The only way to tell would be to call and ask who you've reached. Which I don't recommend.

The detective Ramirez that she refers to is a female, per the link I posted earlier from the NG show. Her phone number for "Det. Rimeras" starts with 480 area code. That's Phoenix/Tempe/other surrounding areas.

ty! I knew she had talked about ramirez... but didn't remember the female part. ty I changed my other post.

Someone has posted the correct contact info for tips about Gabriel on Tammi's "Fan" page. Thank God! I hope no one has given tips to the phony number she provided!

Phony number? It wasn't a number to LE?

n/m I hadn't read ahead. I'm still confused about the attorney number and detective number.

lol....Due to Tammi's spelling skills, I translated "Det. Rimeras" to "Det. Ramirez"

Man, Tammi's spellling is so bad, she should have her own language translator on Alta Vista Babelfish!!

Don't know that it is, but don't know that it isn't. The whole thing is she is directing "information" or tips to that number when that is not a number that LE has put out there for tips. Add to that fact that she doesn't list any of the legitimate numbers that they do want called.

While we don't know for sure what the number for Ramirez is (it could very well be a detective's number), it is not the number LE has posted repeatedly to be used for tips about Gabriel.

Do you guys remember the website made for caylee had a wrong number on it for the first few weeks? That bugged me so bad.
She needs to stop making herself looks guilty

Hmm....so going by TPS' actions, these colon cleanses seem to clean out people's common sense, and honesty, but leave the crap and the bad spelling behind.
I'm definitely not sold on the practice.
