Ok so does everyone think that she filled the medicine dispenser full? I can't decide if I think it is filled full or if it just the way the tylenol ran towards the nipple as it was tipped that makes it look fuller. ?????

I don't know if I think it was completely filled. But if that's Tylenol, it's darn sure way too much.

Yes, my son was getting 0.8mL per dose at that age. So that would provide for 18.75 times the normal dose. No telling if that is Tylenol in there though, or how much if it is (even though it's obviously more than 1mL).

Thanks for your post. My son is Gabe's age and I knew it was between .4ml and .8ml but couldn't remember without looking at the bottle.

ETA: It sure looks like Tylenol to me. But the ONLY thing that makes me think it isn't, is that (IMO) the amount in the dispenser is more than comes in a Tylenol bottle. I can't see her buying extra Tylenol to kill him, when she could just give him something else.

Just speculating. We don't know anything. Of course, if LE has the cup, they could test it.

ETA: we are speculating, but NG interview with the babysitter, the babysitter had said it was the medicine she was told to give him.

no... we have no idea what is in there. There are way too many different possibilities that could be that color... store brands of acetaminophen, kids tylenol, allergy meds etc.
If could even be formula mixed with a bit of dark red tylenol

But IMO juice is way too thin.

BBM. I Agree. Also, at 8 months, most ped's tell you to dilute even their juice anyway because their tummy's are still a bit sensitive. Not to assume EJ cares about that.
I was thinking cough syrup maybe if it isn't Tylenol. It would make more sense if she was trying to shut him up. The color and consistency would match. And what's in the cup looks to be about a regular adult dose of cough syrup. Just a thought.

When EJ left Gabriel with the Smiths on Dec. 9 and then filed a claim that Logan had kidnapped him, LE found him at the Smiths house. Logan, at that point, was forced to file in court to assert his legal rights as a parent just to get his son back.

I am thinking that the Smiths MUST have known when LE showed up at their house (in the middle of the night) that EJ had filed FALSE charges of kidnapping against Logan.

Logan could have seriously gone to prison for a long long time for that.

WHY, after knowing EJ could do such a demented thing, did they continue to support her? How could they NOT have had some degree of humanity for Logan after that?

Have they ever been asked publicly to answer questions about this event?

Does ANYONE here think it possible they actually HATCHED that scheme themselves, rather than EJ?

After all, if Gabriel went "missing" at that point.....

I just can't make the connection here without any other evidence, such as a history of doing this--and I don't know if prostitutes get unemployment checks -- maybe in NV IDK

Maybe she wanted to make whomever she was giving Gabriel to feel like they were doing the right thing so she showed up looking like a prostitute? IDK

BBM, the only interviews I've seen of the Smith's have all been on NG, (Someone please provide a link if there are others) and NG for whatever reason has been avoiding calling them out.

Yes, I have never once doubted that.
They wanted Gabriel and would do whatever it took to get him, even to go around the law.

About this...I wondered while watching NG last night if they had video of her leaving the hotel alone and with a duffel bag or backpack...you'd expect that they'd also be able to watch the surveillance video to see if she EVER left the hotel with the baby on her hip or only bag(s).

I have to agree with you, I don't really see anything to go on to even think Elizabeth was into prostitution. I think she could have had a job interview, but I've said that several times.

I'm still seriously wondering if Elizabeth sold her laptop also - tend to think not.

I'm going back to several different versions of timelines trying to see if anything else sticks out. Otherwise, I think I'll just read and think and not post!
