Sorry, i don't have time to look into this yet, but i recall that she paid for a room at another hotel across the parking lot from the homegate hotel, maybe she was "conducting business" at the other hotel while gabriel was drugged up and stuffed in a duffel bag incase housekeeping came to room while she was out.

Do you have a link on this? Everything I have seen indicates EJ LEFT the motel room with the babysitter and Gabriel inside the motel room.

It was on one of the NG interviews. I think the earliest one??? I remember this too. Analisa said that Elizabeth wanted to take Gabriel to her (Analisa's) house. Analisa said it wasn't a good idea because they have pets and it wasn't really babyproofed (paraphrasing).

I'll try to find the transcript for this and ETA it.

ETA: http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1001/14/ng.01.html

Snip:
GRACE: Analisa, when you first got there, is it true that she asked to take the baby to your house?

ANALISA: Yes, she did. She asked if I could watch the baby at my house, that she didn`t care how far it was, that she was willing to drive.

GRACE: What did you say?

ANALISA: I told her that`s not a good idea because my house is not suitable for a baby. We have pets. We have cats and a dog.

Soooo..... if LE had NOT found Gabriel at the Smiths in the middle of the night Dec 9, would the Smiths have left the next day on an extended vacation?

Would Elizabeth have agreed to drop the charge against Logan for kidnapping (before he was jailed) if he agreed to give up any parental claim to Logan?

Remember, at that point, he would not have had to sign ANYTHING to give up parental rights, just let EJ sign a form for court saying that Craig Cherry was the father and have CC sign rights away.

Logan would never really have had to know any of that stuff if he was willing to just walk away. And maybe they were going to use a combination of criminal charges AND payoff to get him out of the picture.

I'm really trying to figure out exactly what Plan A was, all the details.

I'd LOVE to know what the phone records are between CC and TS on or shortly before Dec.9. And how long before that it had been since those two had talked. Could that be the reason why he said they were very close, to cover for sudden calls at THAT TIME, if there were any?

Thank you for the very insightful post and I think this whole discussion has great merit.

I also want to add that "H's" father claimed they tried to pay him off to just get out of the picture. I bet Logan may have had more to say to the police than we know about.

Elizabeth did not come up with all that stuff from Dec 8/9th on by herself.

Please peeps, we are not going to start comparing this case with the Caylee Anthony case. There may indeed be similarities or differences, but I don't want this thread to get sidetracked with that.

Thanks,

Very few women hook on the street. They work as escorts and a good bit of escorts travel from town to town. They post on backpage, the erotic review, craigslist, eros, and a dozen other sites. They move town to town easily. Just start posting advertisements a few weeks before they go to an area and set up appointments before they even get there.

A girl like her could easily make 300.00 or more an hour as an escort.

The advertisements I saw that I think are her were from late November/Dec

Just in case, have you submitted this tip?

No link, but it was the interview on Nancy Grace. Analisa said that EJ wanted her to babysit at her place, but AL told her no, then EJ offered to drive them, then AL said that her place is not suitable for a baby. She has dogs.

I'm not sure if you posted a link to the ads that you think were Elizabeth, I read everything but didn't read all the links.

Have you sent those into the tipline?

EJ could have known she was moving on from the motel where Analisa babysat or she probably knew that housekeeping ladies are probably pretty nosey and might have already seen a man going to the other motel during the day while they were working. Then again, she already feared being traced and told Analisa not to answer the door. She could have wanted the baby out of there if she was gone in case he might be rescued.

Are we linking EJ to prostitution simply by the babysitter's description of her clothing when she left? Why such an odd time of the day? Why in a week would she only need two hours? I just can't make the connection here without any other evidence, such as a history of doing this--and I don't know if prostitutes get unemployment checks -- maybe in NV IDK

Okay, say that she did prostitute herself, how does that affect the case?

Here's a wild thought --
Maybe she wanted to make whomever she was giving Gabriel to feel like they were doing the right thing so she showed up looking like a prostitute? IDK

Has anyone calculated the money she would have needed just to go to San Antonio and how much money she would have had from selling property/dogs/etc?
Hotel costs?
Food costs?
Gas costs?
Tolls maybe?
If she's using

A call-girl with Elizabeths look could easily make 500 in 1-1/2 hours.

I'm fairly sure LE said they thought she left Tempe with $1200 and her court property records indicated she had $300 although LE or someone at one point said $500. Tammi and Jack said she left with $2000, I think. Someone said the bus ticket was under $200.

Thanks, I missed that. So. hmmmmm. You would think EJ would have cleared that up on the phone.

Dec 8, Elizabeth fights with Logan and orders him out of the house. Elizabeth is enraged.

Plan A (Dec 8 - earlier Dec 9) was Elizabeth's. Give Gabriel to the Smiths, and then demand that Logan sign the papers. Since Gabriel was already with his future adoptive parents, it was a done deal in Elizabeth's mind. All she needed was that signature. Then Logan's rights would be gone, and Tammi could adopt Gabriel.

Plan A - Foiled by Logan's refusal to get with the program.

Plan B (later Dec 9 - very early Dec 10) was Elizabeth's. When Logan wouldn't sign the papers, with Gabriel already at the Smiths, Elizabeth filed a false police report (charges pending) saying that Logan had kidnapped Gabriel and she didn't know where they were. This was an attempt to remove Logan's paternal rights via an abandonment claim, so Tammi could adopt Gabriel.

Plan B - Foiled by LE finding Gabriel at the Smiths.

Plan C (Dec 14) was Elizabeth's. Falsify her response to Logan's Dec 11 custody petition in an attempt to remove his paternal rights so Tammi can adopt Gabriel.

Tammi may have given Elizabeth some ideas, and we know at least by Dec 14 she was aiding and abetting, but Elizabeth is the mastermind. It is her plan to remove Gabriel from Logan's life. It's more like Plan A.1, A.2, A.3 - all the same plan - remove Gabriel from Logan's life - just trying different ways to effect the plan.

The real Plan B begins Dec 15 when Elizabeth goes rogue on Tammi, and after my review of all the info to update the timelines over the past few days, I'm convinced that Tammi had no clue what Elizabeth was up to.

Elizabeth is very smart cookie.

The Smiths told CBS5 they are confident little Gabriel is alive. They were in contact with Elizabeth Johnson up until she was arrested, and they could hear Gabriel through the phone in the background.

"I heard the baby babble... I heard the baby cry, " Smith said.
They even received text messaged disputing the threats Elizabeth made about hurting Gabriel.

T. SMITH: Not until the very end. Well, actually the first time, sorry, was through MySpace and that was that day when Logan called me and we -- me and Logan for the first time got hooked up talking and she had contacted me that way.

I think we probably sent a couple e-mails back and forth through MySpace and then that was it.

GRACE: What were the gist of the e-mails?

T. SMITH: Pretty much telling her -- you know, I think the first one was basically you need to give us a call and then there was one that I had sent I think I was telling her to call Detective Aguilera. Was it Detective Aguilera? I think -- yes, Detective Aguilera.

And that Detective Aguilera told me that he was a negotiator by trade and that maybe he could help her out. And I told her that he was really nice all this stuff. And then the police asked me to do another e-mail to her basically stating that if she would bring the baby to any police station and just have them confirm, go to any police officer and confirm that he is, in fact, alive and well.

GRACE: And?

T. SMITH: And I never heard back after that one. I didn`t hear anything back.

DISCLAIMER I'm just going by memory

Elizabeth rents out a room in her trailer, which was in her name, for $400, to a man who answered her December 12 Craigslist ad.

Elizabeth sells her pet dogs for $500. She sold her laptop and some jewelry. She also had her last unemployment check and some money from Social Services.

Altogether Elizabeth has between approximately $1,200 and $2,000.

LE later reports she had approximately $1,200 at this time, and $500 on arrest.

Recently, Eliz asked her grandfather to pick up $300 from the cash she had on arrest. I think she left the other $200 in her account for drinks, snacks, clothing, toiletries, radio, etc.

The bus ticket was $180. Somebody called and found out how much 5 days at the HomeGate would be. I can't remember the amount. I want to say $257, but... I have no idea why I want to say that lol.

Around that same HomeGate post, someone figured out how much gas would cost too. I have no memory whatever of that amount.

At the time it was calculated, the money worked fine for me.

Why would (did) LE leave Gabriel with the Smiths when they found him on the 9th/10th? I know that EJ had signed over temporary guardianship to them, but I think that if LE gets a report from a mother that her baby's father has hidden the baby and then locates the baby with some people who say have papers that same mother signed giving them permission to have the baby, LE should have taken Gabriel away and given him to his falsely accused father or put him in a foster home until they figured out what was going on. In my mind a woman who falsely reports her child missing has no right to assign guardianship to anyone.

Thank you, very well laid out and good thinking.

The ONLY thing that creeps me out is that on Dec. 9, the Smiths must have known that EJ had filed false charges for kidnapping against Logan, and yet still had no problem supporting EJ filing more false claims (CC). And they show no outrage whatsoever with EJ telling Logan she killed Gabriel, as evidenced by Tammi's coaching her with "Logan pushed you off the ledge" comment. That's some really messed up thinking.

I really really want to believe that Tammi had no clue what Elizabeth was up to, but then we KNOW she knew of all the other illegal schemes up to the point that EJ ran, even coached and participated in some. So its hard for me to give her a pass from Dec.18 on.
